(А) Необходимост от проектаПроектът ще има значителен принос към подобряването на условията за предоставяне на грижи в ранна детска възраст, както и на образователни услуги в град Пловдив. Капацитетът на образователната инфраструктура в града ще бъде оптимизиран, включително чрез изграждането на нова детска градина. Цялостното обновяване на обектите ще доведе до по-качествена среда за образование и повече възможности за спорт на децата и учениците. Внедряването на мерки за енергийна ефективност ще отговори на потребността от намаляване разходите на енергия и ресурси – в съответствие с приоритетите за опазване на околната среда и добро финансово управление на публичните институции. Разположението на повечето обекти в територия с етническо разнообразие ще улесни достъпа до образование на деца от ромски произход и впоследствие ще подпомогне тяхната социална и икономическа интеграция.(Б) Целеви групиЦелевите групи на проекта включват деца до тригодишна възраст; деца в предучилищна възраст; деца в училищна възраст; незавършили деца и ученици от ромски произход; деца и ученици с физически увреждания; персонал на обновените обекти.(В) Очаквани резултати(1) Ремонтиран и реконструиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено дворно място на СОУ Любен Каравелов – сграда 1;(2) Ремонтиран и реконструиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено дворно място на ЦДГ Снежанка;(3) Ремонтиран и реконструиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено дворно място на ДЯ Детски смях;(4) Ремонтиран и реконструиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено дворно място на СОУ Любен Каравелов – сграда 2;(5) Ремонтиран и реконструиран сграден фонд с внедрени мерки за енергийна ефективност, благоустроено дворно място на ЦДГ Перуника;(6) Изградена нова детска градина на ул. (A) The project will make a significant contribution to improving the conditions for early childhood care as well as educational services in the city of Plovdiv. The capacity of educational infrastructure in the city will be optimised, including through the construction of a new kindergarten. The overall renovation of the sites will lead to a better education environment and more sports opportunities for children and pupils. The implementation of energy efficiency measures will respond to the need to reduce energy and resource costs — in line with environmental protection priorities and sound financial management of public institutions. The location of most sites in an area with ethnic diversity will facilitate access to education for Roma children and subsequently support their social and economic integration.(B) Target groups The project groups include children under three years of age; children of preschool age; children of school age; ungraded children and pupils of Roma background; children and students with physical disabilities; staff of the renovated sites.(C) Expected results(1) Renovated and reconstructed building stock with implemented energy efficiency measures, well-built yard of Lyuben Karavelov Secondary School — Building 1;(2) Renovated and refurbished building stock with implemented energy efficiency measures, well-built yard of Snezhanka CSD; (3) Renovated and reconstructed building stock with implemented energy efficiency measures, well-developed yard of children’s laughter;(4) Renovated and refurbished building stock with implemented energy efficiency measures, well-built yard of secondary school Lyuben Karavelov — building 2;(5) Renovated and refurbished building stock with implemented energy efficiency measures, well-built yard of PSC Perunika;(6) New kindergarten built on Bogomil Street. (A) Le projet contribuera de manière significative à l’amélioration des conditions de prise en charge de la petite enfance ainsi que des services éducatifs dans la ville de Plovdiv. La capacité des infrastructures éducatives de la ville sera optimisée, notamment par la construction d’un nouveau jardin d’enfants. La rénovation globale des sites permettra d’améliorer l’environnement éducatif et de multiplier les possibilités sportives pour les enfants et les élèves. La mise en œuvre de mesures d’efficacité énergétique répondra à la nécessité de réduire les coûts de l’énergie et des ressources, conformément aux priorités en matière de protection de l’environnement et de bonne gestion financière des institutions publiques. L ‘emplacement de la plupart des sites d’ une région à diversité ethnique facilitera l ‘accès des enfants roms à l’ éducation et, par la suite, favorisera leur intégration sociale et économique.(B) Groupes cibles Les groupes visés par le projet comprennent les enfants de moins de trois ans; les enfants d’âge préscolaire; les enfants d’âge scolaire; les enfants non diplômés et les élèves d’origine rom; les enfants et les étudiants handicapés physiques; personnel des sites rénovés.(C) Résultats escomptés(1) Le parc immobilier rénové et reconstruit avec des mesures d’efficacité énergétique mises en œuvre, la cour bien construite de l’école secondaire Lyuben Karavelov — bâtiment 1; (2) le parc immobilier rénové et rénové avec des mesures d’efficacité énergétique mises en œuvre, la cour bien construite de Snezhanka CSD; (3) le parc immobilier rénové et reconstruit avec des mesures d’efficacité énergétique mises en œuvre, une cour de rire bien développée pour les enfants; (4) Parcs de bâtiments rénovés et rénovés avec des mesures d’efficacité énergétique mises en œuvre, cour bien construite de l’école secondaire Lyuben Karavelov — bâtiment 2;(5) parc de bâtiments rénové et rénové avec des mesures d’efficacité énergétique mises en œuvre, cour bien construite de PSC Perunika;(6) Nouvelle maternelle construite sur la rue Bogomil.
