Проектното предложение отговаря на заложените мерки за разширяване и създаване на нови, съобразени с потребностите на хората в условията на пандемия COVID - 19. Храната за потребителите ще се приготвя в кухнята на Домашен социален патронаж намиращ се в Курортен комплекс ,,Върбица" в сградата на ,,Дом за отдих" кв.6, УПИ III, съгласно действащ устройствен план на КК ,,Върбица", който е с дългогодишен опит в предоставянето на социалната услуга на възрастни хора и лица в неравностойно положение, изразяваща се в ежедневна доставка на топла храна и веднъж седмично десерт, съобразена с изискванията за рационално хранене. ДСП гр. Върбица се помещава в материална база – публична общинска собственост, и се състои от основна кухня с подготвително отделение, миялна, два коридора, съблекалня, склад, хладилни камери и гараж. Има закупено оборудване със средства осигурени от Фонд „Социална закрила“ към МТСП. Домашен социален патронаж разполага с необходимия човешки ресурс за изпълнение на проекта – готвач, двама помощник готвачи, четирима шофьори, разносвачи, трима работник в кухня, домакин, с необходимото оборудване за приготвяне на храната и с 4 автомобила, с които ще се осъществява разноса. Община Върбица е изпълнявала проекти по националните програми "От социални помощи към осигуряване на заетост" и "Асистенти на хора с увреждания". Проектите обхващаха безработни лица от общината. Осигурявала е заетост на пълно работно време до 12 месеца на лица, регистрирани в Дирекция "Бюро по труда" В.Преслав. Приключен проект ,,Осигуряване на топъл обяд в Община Върбица" ”по процедура BG05FMOP001-3.002 „Осигуряване на Топъл обяд – 2016-2019” по Оперативна програма за храни и/или основно материално подпомагане с капацитет за 825 лица в неравностойно положение от 01.08.2016 до 28.08.2020 г. Преключен проект за 170 лица по Целева програма „Топъл обяд у дома в условията на извънредна ситуация -2020г.“ за периода от 01.05. 2020 до 31.12.2020 г. (Bulgarian)

The project proposal is in line with the planned measures to expand and create new, tailored to people’s needs in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The food for consumers will be prepared in the kitchen of Home Social Patronage located in the Varbitsa Resort Complex in the building of “House for Recreation” sq.6, UPI III, according to the effective spatial plan of the Varbitsa KC, which has many years of experience in providing the social service to elderly and disadvantaged people, consisting of daily delivery of hot food and once a week dessert, complying with the requirements for rational nutrition. The town of Varbitsa is housed in public municipal property and consists of a main kitchen with a preparatory department, a dishwasher, two corridors, a dressing room, a warehouse, refrigeration chambers and a garage. There are purchased equipment with funds provided by the Social Protection Fund of MLSP. Home social patronage has the necessary human resources for the implementation of the project — chef, two assistant chefs, four drivers, deliverymen, three kitchen worker, host, with the necessary equipment to prepare the food and 4 cars with which the variety will be carried out. The Municipality of Varbitsa has implemented projects under the national programmes “From social benefits to employment” and “Assistants of people with disabilities”. The projects covered unemployed people from the municipality. Provided full-time employment for up to 12 months to persons registered with the Labour Office Directorate V. Preslav. La proposition de projet est conforme aux mesures prévues pour élargir et créer de nouvelles mesures adaptées aux besoins des personnes dans le contexte de la pandémie de COVID-19. La nourriture pour les consommateurs sera préparée dans la cuisine de Home Social Patronage situé dans le complexe de Varbitsa Resort dans le bâtiment de la «Maison pour les loisirs» sq.6, UPI III, selon le plan spatial efficace de Varbitsa KC, qui a de nombreuses années d’expérience dans la fourniture du service social aux personnes âgées et défavorisées, consistant en la livraison quotidienne de nourriture chaude et un dessert une fois par semaine, répondant aux exigences d’une nutrition rationnelle. La ville de Varbitsa est logée dans une propriété municipale publique et se compose d’une cuisine principale avec un département préparatoire, un lave-vaisselle, deux couloirs, un vestiaire, un entrepôt, des chambres frigorifiques et un garage. Il y a des équipements achetés avec des fonds fournis par le Fonds de protection sociale du MLSP. Accueil patronage social a les ressources humaines nécessaires pour la mise en œuvre du projet — chef, deux chefs adjoints, quatre chauffeurs, livreurs, trois cuisiniers, hôte, avec l’équipement nécessaire pour préparer la nourriture et 4 voitures avec lesquelles la variété sera réalisée. La municipalité de Varbitsa a mis en œuvre des projets dans le cadre des programmes nationaux «De prestations sociales à l’emploi» et «Assistants des personnes handicapées». Les projets couvraient les chômeurs de la municipalité. A fourni un emploi à temps plein pour une durée maximale de 12 mois à des personnes inscrites à la Direction V. Preslav du Bureau du travail. Projet achevé «Produire un déjeuner chaud dans la municipalité de Varbitsa» dans le cadre de la procédure BG05FMOP001-3.002 «Produire un déjeuner chaud — 2016-2019» dans le cadre du programme opérationnel d’assistance alimentaire et/ou matérielle de base avec capacité de 825 personnes défavorisées du 01.08.2016 au 28.08.2020. 2020 au 31.12.2020 (French)
