Проектното предложение цели разкриване на нови видове услуги и разширяване капацитета на съществуващи социални услуги на територията на град Стара Загора, които да заменят институционалния модел на грижи за деца. Дейностите по проекта включват създаване на следните услуги - Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, Център за обществена подкрепа, Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства и Наблюдавано жилище за младежи от 18 до 21 години. Предвижда се увеличаване капацитета на съществуващите социални услуги - ЦСРИ за деца с аутизъм и Център за обществена подкрепа.Основните дейности по проекта са извършване на строително-ремонтни работи и закупуване на обзавеждане/оборудване, както следва: ▪ Преустройство, ремонт и реконструкция на сградата на ДДЛРГ „Незабравка“, кв. „Самара“, сградата на бившата ЦДГ 32 в създаване на следните услуги - Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, ЦСРИ за деца с аутизъм и ЦОП (Център за обществена подкрепа); ▪ Преустройство, ремонт и реконструкция на сградата на ДДЛРГ "Теофано Попова" и разкриване на услугата Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства в община Стара Загора; ▪ Ремонт на съществуващия ЦОП на ул. „Христо Ботев“ 205 с цел увеличаване на потребителите на предоставяните в него услуги; ▪ Извършване на ремонт и обзавеждане на апартамент, намиращ се в град Стара Загора, кв. „Железник“, ул. „Загорка“ 15, вх. 0, РЗП=87.82 кв.м. за създаване на услугата "Наблюдавано жилище за младежи от 18 до 21 години"Общият капацитет на на подпомогнатата инфраструктура, предназначена за грижи за децата е 329 лица. The project proposal aims to open up new types of services and expand the capacity of existing social services on the territory of the town of Stara Zagora to replace the institutional model of childcare. The project activities include the establishment of the following services — Day Care Centre for Support of Children with Disabilities and their Families, Centre for Public Support, Day Care Centre for Children with severe multiple disabilities and their families and Observed Housing for young people aged 18-21. The main activities of the project are to carry out construction and repair works and purchase of furniture/equipment, as follows: Refurbishment, repair and reconstruction of the building of the “Nezabravka” DDLG, Samara, the building of the former CDC 32 in the creation of the following services — Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, the CSR for Children with Autism and the Centre for Public Support (Public Support Centre); Refurbishment, repair and reconstruction of the building of the “Teofano Popova” DDLG and disclosure of the service Day center for support of children with severe multiple disabilities and their families in the municipality of Stara Zagora; Repair of the existing CCS at 205 Hristo Botev Str. in order to increase the users of the services provided in it; Repair and furnishing of an apartment, located in the town of Stara Zagora, Zheleznik 15, Zagorka Str., ent. 0, total built-up area=87.82 sq.m. for creating the service “Observed housing for young people from 18 to 21 years old” The total capacity of the supported infrastructure for childcare is 329 persons. La proposition de projet vise à ouvrir de nouveaux types de services et à élargir la capacité des services sociaux existants sur le territoire de la ville de Stara Zagora à remplacer le modèle institutionnel de garde d’enfants. Les activités du projet comprennent la création des services suivants: Centre de garde d’enfants handicapés et de leur famille, Centre de soutien public, Centre de garde pour enfants gravement handicapés multiples et leur famille et Logement réservé aux jeunes âgés de 18 à 21 ans. Les principales activités du projet sont la réalisation de travaux de construction et de réparation et l’achat de mobilier/équipement, comme suit: Rénovation, réparation et reconstruction du bâtiment de la DDLG «Nezabravka», Samara, la construction de l’ancienne CDC 32 dans le cadre de la création des services suivants: la garderie pour les enfants handicapés et leurs familles, la RSE pour les enfants autistes et le Centre de soutien public (Centre d’appui public); Rénovation, réparation et reconstruction du bâtiment de la DDLG «Teofano Popova» et divulgation du centre de jour de service pour le soutien aux enfants gravement handicapés multiples et à leurs familles dans la municipalité de Stara Zagora; Réparation du CSC existant à 205 Hristo Botev Str. afin d’augmenter les utilisateurs des services qu’il fournit; Réparation et ameublement d’un appartement, situé dans la ville de Stara Zagora, Zheleznik 15, Zagorka Str., ent. 0, superficie totale bâtie=87,82 m² pour la création du service «Loyers réservés aux jeunes de 18 à 21 ans» La capacité totale de l’infrastructure de garde d’enfants est de 329 personnes.
