Проектът е свързан с осигуряване на специализирани юридически услуги за Управляващия орган на Оперативна програма "Региони в растеж" 2014 - 2020 и Оперативна програма "Регионално развитие" 2007 - 2013 г. Проектът включва осъществяване на 1.Подкрепа на Управляващия орган на ОПРР при администриране на сигнали за нередности чрез изготвяне на доклади за обработка на сигнали и свързаните с това проекти на писма до съответния бенефициент; 2.Подкрепа на Управляващия орган на ОПРР чрез специализирана юридическа помощ, извършвана с предоставяне на писмени правни консултации, анализи и становища, свързани с националното законодателство и правото на ЕС при изпълнение на Оперативна програма "Региони в растеж" 2014 - 2020 и Оперативна програма "Регионално развитие" 2007 - 2013 г. The project is related to providing specialised legal services for the Managing Authority of Operational Programme Regions in Growth 2014-2020 and Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013. The project includes implementation of 1.Support to the Managing Authority of the OPRG in administering whistleblowing reports through the preparation of reports on the processing of signals and related draft letters to the respective beneficiary; 2.Support to the Managing Authority of OPRG through specialised legal assistance, carried out by providing written legal advice, analyses and opinions related to national and EU law in the implementation of Operational Programme “Regions in Growth” 2014-2020 and Operational Programme “Regional Development” 2007-2013. Le projet est lié à la fourniture de services juridiques spécialisés à l’autorité de gestion des régions du programme opérationnel en croissance 2014-2020 et au programme opérationnel «Développement régional» 2007-2013. Le projet comprend la mise en œuvre de 1.Soutien à l’autorité de gestion de l’OPRG dans la gestion des rapports d’alerte par la préparation de rapports sur le traitement des signaux et de projets de lettres connexes adressés au bénéficiaire concerné; 2.Soutien à l’autorité de gestion de l’OPRG au moyen d’une assistance juridique spécialisée, effectuée en fournissant par écrit des conseils juridiques, des analyses et des avis liés au droit national et au droit de l’UE dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du programme opérationnel «Régions en croissance» 2014-2020 et du programme opérationnel «Développement régional» 2007-2013.
