Създаване на информационна система за докладване на данни за качество на атмосферния въздух (КАВ) до Европейската агенция по околна среда (ЕАОС) и Европейската комисия (ЕК), която да осигури изпълнение на ангажиментите на Р България като държава- членка на ЕС, по потоци, включващи информация за зони и агломерации, информация за първични данни от измерванията, информация за нивата на замърсяване на атмосферния въздух и постигане на екологичните цели, информация относно общинските програми за КАВ, мерките, заложени в програмите и документиране на избора на площадки на пунктовете за мониторинг на КАВ. Правилата за взаимния обмен на информация и докладване за качеството на атмосферния въздух за отделните държави са посочени в Директиви 2004/107/ЕО и 2008/50/ЕО на Европейския парламент и на Съвета и в Решение за изпълнение 2011/850/ЕС и на Комисията относно начините за електронно докладване до ЕАОС и съответните срокове. Правилата за начините, по които трябва да бъдат избрани и документирани площадките са съгласно Директива (ЕО) 2015/1480 на Комисията. (Bulgarian)

Establishment of an information system for the reporting of ambient air quality (AQQ) data to the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Commission (EC) to ensure the implementation of Bulgaria’s commitments as an EU Member State by flows including information on zones and agglomerations, information on primary measurement data, information on levels of ambient air pollution and achievement of environmental objectives, information on municipal AAQ programmes, measures set out in the programmes and documentation of the selection of sites at the AAQ monitoring sites. The rules for the mutual exchange of information and country-by-country reporting on ambient air quality are laid down in Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and in Implementing Decision 2011/850/EU and the Commission on how to report electronically to the EEA and the relevant deadlines. The rules on how sites are to be selected and documented are in accordance with Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1480. (English)

Mise en place d’un système d’information pour la communication des données relatives à la qualité de l’air ambiant (QQA) à l’Agence européenne pour l’environnement (AEE) et à la Commission européenne (CE) afin d’assurer la mise en œuvre des engagements pris par la Bulgarie en tant qu’État membre de l’UE par des flux comprenant des informations sur les zones et agglomérations, des informations sur les données de mesure primaire, des informations sur les niveaux de pollution de l’air ambiant et la réalisation des objectifs environnementaux, des informations sur les programmes municipaux de QAA, les mesures prévues dans les programmes et la documentation relative à la sélection des sites sur les sites de surveillance de la QAA. Les règles relatives à l’échange mutuel d’informations et aux rapports pays par pays sur la qualité de l’air ambiant sont fixées dans les directives 2004/107/CE et 2008/50/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil et dans la décision d’exécution 2011/850/UE et la Commission sur la manière de faire rapport par voie électronique à l’AEE et les délais correspondants. Les règles relatives à la sélection et à la documentation des sites sont conformes à la directive (UE) 2015/1480 de la Commission. (French)
