Projekt pn. "Rewitalizacja sfery społecznej w Gminie Pełczyce – wyrównywanie szans rozwojowych dzieci poprzez budowę placów zabaw w miejscowościach: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo." zakłada budowę placów zabaw w czterech wsiach w Gminie Pełczyce na obszarach zdegradowanych i nie używanych przez mieszkańców wsi już od dłuższego czasu. Co ważne, w wymienionych miejscowościach na chwilę obecną nie istnieją żadne place zabaw ani miejsca spotkań dla dzieci i ich rodziców. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z konieczności rewitalizacji przestrzeni publicznej, dostępnej dla wszystkich mieszkańców Gminy. Jak wynika z konsultacji społecznych, obszar objęty przedmiotowym projektem wymaga rewitalizacji i zagospodarowania w celu zwiększenia ładu przestrzennego oraz stworzenia bazy rekreacyjno-edukacyjnej dla najmłodszych mieszkańców. Zagospodarowanie niewykorzystanych terenów przyczyni się nie tylko do rewitalizacji fizycznej przestrzeni publicznej zdegradowanej w wyniku transformacji gospodarczo-ustrojowej, ale również społecznej wpływając pozytywnie na mieszkańców Gminy, a także na wyrównanie szans dzieci z obszarów wiejskich. Project Mon. “Regeneration of the social sphere in the Pełczyce commune – equalising children’s development opportunities through the construction of playgrounds in towns: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo" assumes the construction of playgrounds in four villages in the Pełczyce Commune in degraded areas and not used by villagers for a long time. Importantly, there are currently no playgrounds or meeting places for children and their parents in these towns. The need to implement the project results from the need to revitalise the public space available to all residents of the municipality. According to the public consultation, the area covered by the project requires revitalisation and development in order to increase spatial governance and create a recreational and educational base for the youngest inhabitants. The development of unused areas will contribute not only to the physical revitalisation of the public space degraded by economic and social transformation, but also to a positive impact on the inhabitants of the municipality, as well as to equal opportunities for children from rural areas. Projet intitulé «Revitalisation de la sphère sociale dans la municipalité de Pełczyce — égalisation des possibilités de développement pour les enfants grâce à la construction de terrains de jeux dans les villes: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo." suppose la construction de terrains de jeux dans quatre villages de la municipalité de Pełczyce dans des zones dégradées et non utilisées par les villageois depuis longtemps. Fait important, il n’y a actuellement pas de terrains de jeux ou de lieux de rencontre pour les enfants et leurs parents dans ces villes. Le besoin du projet découle de la nécessité de revitaliser l’espace public accessible à tous les résidents de la municipalité. Selon la consultation publique, la zone couverte par ce projet nécessite une revitalisation et un développement afin d’accroître l’ordre spatial et de créer une base récréative et éducative pour les plus jeunes habitants. L’utilisation des terres inutilisées contribuera non seulement à la revitalisation physique de l’espace public dégradé du fait de la transformation économique et systémique, mais aussi à l’impact social sur les habitants de la municipalité, ainsi qu’à l’égalité des chances pour les enfants des zones rurales. Projekt mit dem Titel „Revitalisierung des sozialen Bereichs in der Gemeinde Pełczyce – Chancengleichheit für Kinder durch den Bau von Spielplätzen in Städten: Boguszyny, Przekolno, Będargowiec, Będargowo." übernimmt den Bau von Spielplätzen in vier Dörfern in der Gemeinde Pełczyce in Gebieten, die von den Dorfbewohnern schon lange nicht genutzt wurden. Wichtig ist, dass es derzeit keine Spielplätze oder Treffpunkte für Kinder und ihre Eltern in diesen Städten gibt. Die Notwendigkeit des Projekts ergibt sich aus der Notwendigkeit, den öffentlichen Raum zu beleben, der allen Bewohnern der Gemeinde zugänglich ist. Laut der öffentlichen Konsultation erfordert das von diesem Projekt abgedeckte Gebiet eine Revitalisierung und Entwicklung, um die räumliche Ordnung zu erhöhen und eine Freizeit- und Bildungsbasis für die jüngsten Bewohner zu schaffen. Die Nutzung ungenutzter Flächen wird nicht nur zur physischen Wiederbelebung des durch den wirtschaftlichen und systemischen Wandel geschädigten öffentlichen Raums beitragen, sondern auch zu den sozialen Auswirkungen auf die Einwohner der Gemeinde sowie zur Chancengleichheit für Kinder aus ländlichen Gebieten.
