Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 92os. w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, biernych zawodowo (co najmniej 6K), zamieszkujących w rozumieniu KC powiaty SOM (Szczecin, policki, goleniowski, stargardzki, gryfiński) – WZP, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, poprzez zapewnienie trwałych miejsc pracy (mierzonych WEZ) dla co najmniej: - 50% os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, 40% K i 60% osób objętych stażami (KP4) oraz (jeśli wystąpią) – 33% ON oraz poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych przez co najmniej 60% uczestników projektu dzięki wysokiej jakości szkoleniom i stażom dostosowanym do branży logistyczno - transportowej (BLT) w okresie 01.09.2017-31.12.2018r. Dodatkowo naszym celem jest podniesienie aktywności edukacyjno – zawodowej przez co najmniej 85% uczestników, którzy 7 / 62 Wydruk kontrolny, suma kontrolna: a20c72aa17 zakończą udział w pełnej ścieżce wsparcia. Projekt obejmuje 92os. BZ w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkujących powiaty WZP: Szczecin, policki, stargardzki, goleniowski, gryfiński w rozumieniu KC. Projekt zapewnia kompleksowość wsparcia poprzez zaoferowanie co najmniej 3 form wsparcia obejmujących: doradztwo zawodowe w tym IPD, poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenia zawodowe prowadzące do uzyskania kwalifikacji zawodowych, dla części uczestników staże. Wszystkie działania zorientowane są na branżę logistyczno-transportową (BLT). Grupę docelową stanowią osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach i kobiety. GD może obejmować również osoby w wieku 50+ i ON ale ich liczba nie jest wskazywana we wniosku. Z uwagi na wymogi formalne (lekarskie i psychologiczne) mogą nie wystąpić ON (mimo posiadania przez Wnioskodawcę odpowiedniej infrastruktury), ale w przypadku pozytywnego orzeczenia lekarskiego i psychologicznego takie osoby będą mogły wziąć udział w projekcie. The aim of the project is to activate 92 people in particular in the difficult situation on the labour market, inactive professionally (at least 6K), living within the meaning of the KC districts of SOM (Szczecin, policki, goleniowski, stargardzki, griffinski) – WZP, aged 30 years and over, by providing permanent jobs (measured) for at least: — 50 % of low-skilled people, 40 % K and 60 % of traineeships (KP4) and (if they occur) – 33 % ON and by obtaining professional qualifications by at least 60 % of project participants due to high quality training and traineeships adapted to the logistics and transport industry (BLT) in the period 01.09.2017-31.12.2018r. In addition, our goal is to increase educational and professional activity by at least 85 % of participants who 7/62 Control Print, checksum: a20c72a17 will complete the full support path. The project covers 92 people. BZ at the age of 30 years and above, residing in the districts of WZP: Szczecin, Policki, Stargarddzki, Goleniowski, Gryfinski as defined by the KC. The project shall provide comprehensive support by offering at least 3 forms of support covering: professional counselling including IPD, vocational guidance and job intermediation, vocational training leading to vocational qualifications, for some participants traineeships. All activities are oriented towards the logistics and transport industry (BLT). The target group consists of low-skilled people and women. GD may also include people aged 50+ and ON but their number is not indicated in the application. Due to formal (medical and psychological) requirements, ON may not occur (although the Applicant has adequate infrastructure), but in case of a positive medical and psychological certificate, such persons will be able to participate in the project. Le projet couvre 92 personnes. BZ âgés de 30 ans et plus, résidant dans les districts de WZP: Szczecin, Policki, Stargard, Goleniowski, gryfiński au sens du KC. Le projet fournit un soutien complet en offrant au moins trois formes de soutien, notamment: L’orientation professionnelle, y compris la DPI, l’orientation et le placement professionnels, la formation professionnelle menant à des qualifications professionnelles, pour certains stagiaires. Toutes les activités sont orientées vers l’industrie de la logistique et des transports (BLT). Le groupe cible est peu qualifié et les femmes. GD peut également couvrir les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus et d’AS, mais leur numéro n’est pas indiqué dans la demande. En raison d’exigences formelles (médicales et psychologiques), l’autorité de contrôle peut ne pas être présente (bien que la requérante dispose de l’infrastructure appropriée), mais en cas de certificat médical et psychologique positif, ces personnes pourront participer au projet. Ziel des Projekts ist die berufliche Aktivierung von 92 Personen, insbesondere die schwierige Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, inaktiv (mindestens 6K), die im Sinne der KC-Bezirke SOM (Szczecin, Policki, Goleniowski, Stargard, gryfiński) – JPA, im Alter von 30 Jahren und darüber lebt, durch die Bereitstellung nachhaltiger Arbeitsplätze (gemessen in CEZ) mindestens — 50 % der gering qualifizierten Personen, 40 % K und 60 % der Auszubildenden (KP4) und (gegebenenfalls) 33 % der SA und durch den Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen von mindestens 60 % der Projektteilnehmer durch hochwertige Schulungen und Praktika, die an die Logistik- und Transportindustrie (BLT) angepasst sind, zwischen dem 01.09.2017-31.12.2018. Darüber hinaus ist es unser Ziel, die Bildungs- und Berufstätigkeit um mindestens 85 % der Teilnehmer zu erhöhen, die 7/62 Control Print, Schecksumme: a20c72aa17 wird ihre Teilnahme am vollständigen Unterstützungspfad beenden. Das Projekt umfasst 92 Personen. BZ ab 30 Jahren mit Wohnsitz in den Bezirken von WZP: Szczecin, Policki, Stargard, Goleniowski, gryfiński im Sinne des KC. Das Projekt bietet umfassende Unterstützung, indem mindestens drei Formen der Unterstützung angeboten werden, darunter: Berufsberatung einschließlich IPD, Berufsberatung und -vermittlung, Berufsausbildung, die zu beruflichen Qualifikationen führt, für einige Auszubildende. Alle Aktivitäten sind auf die Logistik- und Transportindustrie (BLT) ausgerichtet. Zielgruppe sind Geringqualifizierte und Frauen. GD kann auch Personen ab 50 Jahren und SA abdecken, aber ihre Zahl ist im Antrag nicht angegeben. Aufgrund formaler (medizinischer und psychologischer) Anforderungen ist die SA möglicherweise nicht anwesend (obwohl der Antragsteller über die entsprechende Infrastruktur verfügt), aber im Falle eines positiven medizinischen und psychologischen Zeugnisses können diese Personen am Projekt teilnehmen.
