Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie I.18-XII.19 w ramach KIS w Pełczycach na terenie Gm. Pełczyce (woj. zach-pom). Celem proj. jest aktywna integracja w obszarze społ. i zawod. zwiększająca zatrudnienie 30os.(20K;10M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym 8os. (4K;4M) dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. (2K;2M) z niepełnospr.z terenu Gminy Pełczyce w okresie I.18-XII.19. W ramach projektu założone zostały następujące działania: - Objęcie uczestników umową na wzór kontraktu socjalnego i ścieżką reintegracji. - Usługi aktywnej integracji skierowane do 30os. o charakterze społecznym: realizacja poradnictwa specjalistycznego, warsztaty zajęciowe podnoszące kompetencje społeczne, organizacja wyj. I spotkań Integracyjnych. - wsparcie o charakterze zawodowym skierowane do 12os. w tym 8os. dla których ustalono III profil pomocy i 4os. z niepełnospr.: coaching, doradztwo zawodo., szkolenia kwalifikacyjne, staże zawod. w lokalnych przedsiębiorstwach na ter. Gm. Pełczyce oraz prace społeczno – użyteczne finansowane ze środków Wnioskodawcy jako wkład własny w proj. Wsparcie kierowane jest do os. bezrobotnych wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. w tym dla os. dla których ustalano III profil pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dn. 20.04.2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach projektu: - uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez 4os. - poszukiwanie pracy przez 8os. - podjęcie pracy przez 5os. - zaktywizowanie społeczne 11os. - podjęcia pracy przez 1os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - zaktywizowanie społeczne 2os. o znacznym stopniu niepełnospr., z niepełnospr. intelektualną oraz z niepełnospr. sprzężonymi - nabycie kompetencji przez 20os. The project will be implemented in the period I.18-XII.19 as part of KIS in Pełczyce in the area of Gm. Pełczyce (Zach-pom voivodship). The aim of the project is to actively integrate in the social and occupational areas, increasing employment of 30 people (20K;10M) at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion including 8 people. (4K; 4M) for which the third aid profile and 4 persons were established. (2K; 2M) from the area of Pełczyce commune in the period I.18-XII.19. The project set up the following activities: — Enclosure of participants in a contract on the basis of a social contract and a path of reintegration. — Active inclusion services addressed to 30 people of a social nature: implementation of specialist counseling, occupational workshops improving social competences, organisation, etc. And integration meetings. — support of a professional nature addressed to 12persons of which 8 persons for whom the third aid profile and 4 persons from the disadvantages have been established: coaching, professional counseling, qualification training, professional internships. in local enterprises on ter. GM. Pełczyce and socio-economic work – usefully funded by the Applicant as an own contribution to the project. The support is addressed to unemployed persons for whom the use of only labour market instruments and services is insufficient and there is a need, first of all, for active inclusion services of a social nature, including those for whom the third aid profile was established in accordance with the Act. 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions. Results achieved in the framework of the project: — obtaining a qualification by 4 people. — job search for 8 people. — taking up a job by 5 people. — social activation of 11persons. — taking up work by 1 people with a significant degree of disability, intellectual disadvantages and coupled disadvantages – social activation of 2 people with a significant degree of disability, intellectual disadvantages and conjugated disadvantages – acquisition of competences by 20 people. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période I.18-XII.19 dans le cadre du KIS de Pełczyce, dans la zone de la municipalité de Pełczyce (voivodeship zach-pom). L’objectif du projet est l’intégration active dans le domaine de l’emploi social et professionnel, l’augmentation de l’emploi de 30 personnes (20K;10M) exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 8. (4K;4M) pour lequel un troisième profil d’aide a été établi et 4 personnes. (2K;2M) de la zone de la commune de Pełczyce au cours de la période I.18-XII.19. Le projet prévoyait les activités suivantes: — L’inclusion des participants dans un contrat tel qu’un contrat social et une voie de réinsertion. — Services d’inclusion active pour 30 personnes à caractère social: mise en œuvre de conseils spécialisés, ateliers professionnels améliorant les compétences sociales, organisation de spécialités. Et des réunions d’intégration. — soutien de nature professionnelle adressé à 12 personnes, dont 8 personnes pour lesquelles un troisième profil d’aide a été établi et 4 personnes de la partie-spr.: coaching, profession de conseil., formation de qualification, stages. dans les entreprises locales sur ter. GM. Pełczyce et travail social — utile financé par la requérante en tant que contribution propre au projet. L’aide est destinée aux chômeurs pour lesquels seuls les instruments et les services du marché du travail sont insuffisants et il est nécessaire d’appliquer en premier lieu des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale, y compris pour ceux pour lesquels le troisième profil d’aide a été établi conformément à la loi. 20.04.2004 sur la promotion de l’emploi et les institutions du marché du travail. Résultats obtenus par le projet: — obtention d’une qualification par 4 personnes. — recherche d’emploi par 8os. — prendre le travail par 5 personnes. — activation sociale de 11 personnes. — prise de travail par une personne présentant un degré significatif d’incomplétude, d’emploi intellectuel et partiel — activation sociale de 2 personnes présentant un degré significatif d’incompétence, d’incompétence intellectuelle et de travail à temps plein — acquisition de compétences par 20 personnes. Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum I.18-XII.19 im Rahmen der KIS in Pełczyce im Gebiet der Gemeinde Pełczyce (Woiwodschaft zach-pom) durchgeführt. Ziel des Projekts ist die aktive Integration im Bereich der sozialen und beruflichen Beschäftigung, die Erhöhung der Beschäftigung um 30 Personen (20K;10M), die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich 8. (4K;4M), für die ein drittes Hilfsprofil erstellt wurde, und 4 Personen. (2K;2M) aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Pełczyce in der Zeit I.18-XII.19. Das Projekt sah folgende Aktivitäten vor: — Die Einbeziehung der Teilnehmer in einen Vertrag, wie z. B. einen Sozialvertrag und einen Weg zur Wiedereingliederung. Dienstleistungen der aktiven Eingliederung von 30 Personen sozialer Art: Durchführung von Fachberatung, Berufsworkshops zur Verbesserung der sozialen Kompetenzen, Organisation der Spezialität. Und Integrationstreffen. — Unterstützung beruflicher Art, die sich an 12 Personen richtet, darunter 8 Personen, für die ein drittes Hilfsprofil erstellt wurde, und 4 Personen von Teilzeitarbeit: Coaching, Beratungsberuf., Qualifizierungstraining, Praktika. in lokalen Unternehmen auf ter. GM. Pełczyce und Sozialarbeit – von der Antragstellerin als Eigenbeitrag zum Projekt finanziert. Die Unterstützung richtet sich an Arbeitslose, für die nur arbeitsmarktpolitische Instrumente und Dienstleistungen unzureichend sind, und es besteht die Notwendigkeit, in erster Linie aktive Eingliederungsdienste sozialer Art zu beantragen, auch für diejenigen, für die das dritte Beihilfeprofil gemäß dem Gesetz festgelegt wurde. 20.04.2004 zur Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen. Ergebnisse des Projekts: — Erwerb einer Qualifikation durch 4 Personen. — Jobsuche durch 8os. — nehmen Sie Arbeit von 5 Personen an. — soziale Aktivierung von 11 Personen. — Aufnahme einer Arbeit durch eine Person mit einem erheblichen Grad an Unvollständigkeit, intellektueller und teilweiser Beschäftigung – soziale Aktivierung von 2 Personen mit erheblichem Maß an Unvollständigkeit, intellektueller Unvollständigkeit und Vollzeitgekoppelung – Erwerb von Kompetenzen durch 20 Personen.
