На основание аренден договор Гюлбер Али стопанисва земеделска земя в размер на 17,000 дка. През настоящата стопанска година 2018/2019 отглежда трайни костилкови насаждения със сливи- 10,000 дка, има засети тритикале- 6,000 дка и дини- 1,000 дка. Овощната градина е създадена в началото на 2015г., по схема на засаждане 5 х 5м., сорт Чачанска лепотица. В насаждението почвената повърхност се поддържа чиста от плевели, чрез редовни почвени обработки. Младите дървета са с добре оформени корони. Овощната градина е в отлично състояние. В стопанството културите се отглеждат конвенционално. Гюлбер Али планира да развива земеделското стопанство основно в секторите „Плодове“. (Bulgarian)

On the basis of a lease agreement, Gülber Ali managed agricultural land amounting to 17,000 decares. In the current marketing year 2018/2019, he cultivates permanent stone crops with plums — 10,000 decares, has sown triticale- 6,000 deca and watermelons- 1,000 decares. The orchard was established in early 2015, according to a planting scheme of 5 x 5 m., variety Chachanska Lepotica. In the plantation, the soil surface is kept clean from weeds by regular soil treatments. Young trees have well-shaped crowns. The orchard is in excellent condition. On the farm, the crops are grown conventionally. Gülber Ali plans to develop the farm mainly in the fruit sectors. (English)

Sur la base d’un contrat de bail, Gülber Ali a géré des terres agricoles d’un montant de 17 000 frais de garde. Au cours de la campagne de commercialisation en cours 2018/2019, il cultive des cultures permanentes de pierre avec des prunes — 10 000 soins, a semé triticale- 6000 déca et pastèques- 1.000 décares. Le verger a été créé début 2015, selon un plan de plantation de 5 x 5 m., variété Chachanska Lepotica. Dans la plantation, la surface du sol est maintenue propre des mauvaises herbes par des traitements réguliers du sol. Les jeunes arbres ont des couronnes bien formées. Le verger est en excellent état. Sur la ferme, les cultures sont cultivées conventionnellement. Gülber Ali prévoit de développer l’exploitation principalement dans les secteurs fruitiers. (French)
