Проекта, включва инвестиции в строително-ремонтни дейности с цел изграждане на нова производствена база за произвеждане на оптични кабели. При реализиране на проектните дейности ще бъдат изградени: производствен цех с административно помещение, ажурна ограда около имота с цел охрана, дейности по озеленяване и вертикална планировка (описани в табл. 1 от Бизнес плана). За изпълнение на СМР е получена една оферта, тъй като разходите са включени в списъка с референтни стойности на ДФЗ (посочени в ТДИ). На базата на тази оферта е сключен договор за извършване на строително – ремонти дейности. За обезпечаване на производството е предвидено закупуване на технологично оборудване, описано в част „Технологична“, което ще бъде извършено със собствени средства (посочено в Таблица 1А).При реализирането на дейностите по проекта ще бъдат назначени 10 нови служителя на работни позиции, описани в част „Технологична“. The project includes investments in construction and repair works in order to build a new production base for the production of optical cables. In the implementation of the project activities will be built: production workshop with administrative room, open-air fence around the property for security purposes, landscaping activities and vertical planning (described in tab. 1 of the Business Plan). One offer was received for the implementation of the works, as the costs were included in the list of reference values of the SFA (referred to in the TDI). On the basis of this offer, a contract for carrying out construction and repair works was concluded. The purchase of technological equipment described in the “Technological” part, which will be carried out by its own means (listed in Table 1A) is foreseen to cover the production. When the project activities are carried out, 10 new employees will be appointed to work positions described in the “Technological” part. (English)

Le projet comprend des investissements dans des travaux de construction et de réparation afin de construire une nouvelle base de production pour la production de câbles optiques. Dans la mise en œuvre des activités du projet seront construits: atelier de production avec salle administrative, clôture en plein air autour de la propriété à des fins de sécurité, activités d’aménagement paysager et planification verticale (décrit à l’onglet. 1 du plan d’activités). Une offre a été reçue pour la mise en œuvre des travaux, les coûts ayant été inclus dans la liste des valeurs de référence de la SFA (mentionnée dans l’IDT). Sur la base de cette offre, un contrat d’exécution des travaux de construction et de réparation a été conclu. L’achat d’équipements technologiques décrits dans la partie «Technologique», qui sera effectué par ses propres moyens (énumérés dans le tableau 1A) est prévu pour couvrir la production. Lorsque les activités du projet sont menées, 10 nouveaux employés seront nommés à des postes de travail décrits dans la partie «Technologique». (French)
