"Рила - пътища" ООД е създадено през април 2013 г. с основен предмет на дейност добив и преработка на инертни материали с приложение при производството на пътни настилки. След успешно модернизиране на асфалтовата си база в с. Копиловци, от 2014 г. дружеството се ангажира и с производството на асфалтобетонови смеси и други продукти за строителството. Във връзка с плановете си за разширяване на производствения си капацитет и повишаване на енергийната си ефективност, дружеството планира изпълнението на настоящия проект, който включва: 1) Извършване на енергиен одит ("обследване за енергийна ефективност") от лице, вписано в регистъра по чл. 60, ал. 1 от ЗЕЕ (изпълнено преди подаването на проекта); 2) Закупуване на енергоефективен челен товарач в съответствие с препоръките на енергийния одит.3) Дейности за осигуряване на публичност и визуализация на проекта; Изпълнението на проекта ще допринесе за съществено подобряване на енергийната ефективност в предприятието, като съгласно енергийния одит енергийните спестявания ще възлязат на 20,20%, както и до намаляване на вредните емисии CO2 с 215 t/год., с което ще допринесе за опазване на околната среда. Освен с енергоспестяващия ефект, проектът ще допринесе за цялостно повишаване на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност на дружеството и чрез създаването на технологична възможност за повторното използване на рециклирани строителни отпадъци от новия високоефективен челен товарач.В производствено-технологичен план внедряването на предвиденото ново оборудване ще доведе до повишаване на производствения капацитет, както и подобряване на качеството на производствените процеси на дружеството. С изпълнението на проекта дружеството ще подобри цялостно дейността си в технологично, финансово-икономическо и екологично отношение, което ще доведе до траен тренд на увеличаване на приходите от продажби, печалбата и рентабилността на дейността, което ще гарантира устойчиво повишаване на конкурентоспособността му. Rila — Roads OOD was established in April 2013 with the main activity of extraction and processing of aggregates for use in the production of road pavements. After successfully upgrading its asphalt base in the village of Kopilovtsi, since 2014 the company has also engaged in the production of asphalt concrete mixtures and other construction products. In connection with its plans to expand its production capacity and increase its energy efficiency, the company plans to implement this project, which includes: 1) Implementation of an energy audit (‘energy efficiency audit’) by a person entered in the register referred to in Article 60(1) of the Energy Efficiency Act (implemented before the submission of the project); 2) Purchase of energy efficient front loader in accordance with the recommendations of the energy audit.3) Activities to ensure publicity and visualisation of the project; The implementation of the project will contribute to a significant improvement of the energy efficiency in the company, according to the energy audit, the energy savings will amount to 20.20 %, as well as a reduction of CO2 emissions by 215 t/year, thus contributing to environmental protection. In addition to the energy saving effect, the project will contribute to an overall increase in the resource efficiency and efficiency of the company by creating a technological opportunity for the reuse of recycled construction waste from the new high-efficiency front loader. In production and technology, the implementation of the envisaged new equipment will lead to an increase in the production capacity as well as improvement of the quality of the production processes of the company. With the implementation of the project, the company will improve its overall activity in technological, financial, economic and environmental terms, which will lead to a lasting trend of increasing sales revenue, profit and profitability, which will ensure a sustainable increase in its competitiveness.
