Przedmiotem projektu będzie rozbudowa i modernizacja oczyszczalni ścieków w Pełczycach, w wyniku której powstanie nowoczesny system oczyszczania ścieków na terenie aglomeracji Pełczyce - bardziej wydajny, niezawodny oraz przyjazny środowisku. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzą roboty budowlane, instalacyjne i sanitarne, prace związane z elektryką - obejmujące zasilanie i instalacje elektryczne, a także roboty przygotowawcze, rozbiórkowe i ziemne oraz drogi i place na terenie oczyszczalni. W budżecie projektu uwzględniony został również nadzór inwestorski w zakresie wynikającym bezpośrednio z ustawy Prawo Budowlane. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki produktu: •Liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków: 5481 RLM; • Liczba przebudowanych oczyszczalni ścieków komunalnych: 1 szt. Specyfika projektu nie wymaga wydzielenia etapów jego realizacji. Poszczególne zadania będą realizowane niezależnie od siebie. Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Projekt będzie realizowany na obszarach objętych formami ochrony przyrody: Obszar Chronionego Krajobrazu C (Barlinek), na które będzie oddziaływał pozytywnie. Zakres projektu nie przewiduje rozwiązań zagospodarowujących odpady pościekowe – proces ten będzie się odbywał w dotychczasowy sposób. (Polish)

The subject of the project will be the extension and modernisation of the sewage treatment plant in Pełczyce, which will result in a modern sewage treatment system in the Pelczyce agglomeration – more efficient, reliable and environmentally friendly. The material scope of the project includes construction, installation and sanitary works, electrical works – including power supply and electrical installations, as well as preparatory, demolition and earth works, as well as roads and squares in the treatment plant. The budget of the project also includes investor supervision to the extent arising directly from the Building Law Act. As a result of the project, the following product indicators will be achieved: •Number of additional persons benefiting from improved waste water treatment: 5481 RLM; • Number of reconstructed municipal waste water treatment plants: 1 pcs The specificity of the project does not require the separation of stages of its implementation. Individual tasks will be carried out independently of each other. The project is stationary. The project will be implemented in areas covered by nature conservation forms: Area of Protected Landscape C (Barlinek), on which it will have a positive effect. The scope of the project does not provide for solutions to manage sewage waste – this process will take place in the current way. (English)

Le projet étendra et modernisera la station d’épuration des eaux usées de Pełczyce, qui créera un système moderne de traitement des eaux résiduaires dans l’agglomération de Pełczyce — plus efficace, plus fiable et plus respectueux de l’environnement. Le champ d’application matériel du projet comprend la construction, l’installation et les travaux sanitaires, les travaux liés à l’électricité — y compris les installations d’alimentation et d’électricité, ainsi que les travaux de préparation, de démolition et de terrassement ainsi que les routes et les places sur le site de la station d’épuration. Le budget du projet incluait également la surveillance des investisseurs dans le champ d’application directement de la Loi sur la construction. Grâce au projet, les indicateurs de réalisation suivants seront atteints: •Nombre de personnes supplémentaires bénéficiant d’un traitement amélioré des eaux usées: 5481 P.E.; • Nombre d’installations de traitement des eaux urbaines résiduaires reconstruites: 1 pcs. La spécificité du projet ne nécessite pas de séparer les étapes de sa mise en œuvre. Les tâches individuelles seront exécutées indépendamment l’une de l’autre. Le projet est stationnaire. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans des domaines couverts par des formes de protection de la nature: Zone de paysage protégée C (Barlinek), qui sera touchée positivement. Le champ d’application du projet ne prévoit pas de solutions pour la gestion des déchets — ce processus se déroulera de la manière actuelle. (French)

Das Projekt wird die Kläranlage Pełczyce erweitern und modernisieren, die ein modernes Abwasserbehandlungssystem im Ballungsraum Pełczyce schaffen wird – effizienter, zuverlässiger und umweltfreundlicher. Der materielle Anwendungsbereich des Projekts umfasst Bau-, Installations- und Sanitärarbeiten, Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit Strom – einschließlich Stromversorgung und elektrische Anlagen sowie Vorbereitungs-, Abbruch- und Erdarbeiten sowie Straßen und Plätze auf dem Gelände der Kläranlage. Das Budget des Projekts umfasste auch die Anlegeraufsicht in den unmittelbar aus dem Baugesetz resultierenden Anwendungsbereich. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden folgende Outputindikatoren erreicht: •Anzahl der zusätzlichen Personen, die von einer verbesserten Abwasserbehandlung profitieren: 5481 P.E.; • Anzahl der sanierten kommunalen Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen: 1 Stk. Die Besonderheit des Projekts erfordert keine Trennung der Phasen seiner Durchführung. Einzelne Aufgaben werden unabhängig voneinander ausgeführt. Das Projekt ist stationär. Das Projekt wird in Bereichen durchgeführt, die unter Naturschutz fallen: Geschütztes Landschaftsgebiet C (Barlinek), das positiv beeinflusst wird. Der Umfang des Projekts sieht keine Lösungen für die Abfallbewirtschaftung vor – dieser Prozess wird auf die aktuelle Weise erfolgen. (German)
