Общата цел на настоящото проектно предложение е: разработването на продуктова иновация (стока) –лепилен композит ОШПИМ, попадащ в приоритетни направления на ИСИС-„чисти технологии с акцент върху транспорта и енергетиката (съхранение, спестяване и ефективно разпределение на енергия, електрически превозни средства и еко-мобилност, водород-базирани модели и технологии, безотпадни технологии, технологии и методи за включване на отпадъчни продукти и материали от производства в други производства)” и „интелигентни системи и уреди, интелигентни домове–интелигентни градове“, част от тематична област „Мехатроника и чисти технологии“.За постигането на посочената цел в рамките на настоящия проект ще бъдат реализирани следните дейности:7.1 Извършване на изследвания, изпитвания, измервания, необходими за разработването на продуктова иновация (стока)7.2 Създаване и тестване на прототипи и пилотни линии, свързани с разработването на продуктова (стока или услуга) или производствена иновация7.3 Придобиване на дълготрайни материални активи (ДМА), необходими за разработването на продуктова (стока или услуга) или производствена иновация7.4 Защита на индустриална собственост на национално и международно равнище и ползване на необходимата за това експертна помощ7.5 Визуализация на проектаИзпълнението на гореописаните дейности ще доведе до реализацията на следните резултати:-проведени научни изследвания, изпитвания, измервания на основните и допълнителните потенциални компоненти на композита и охарактеризиране на състава му-осигурена техническа и материална база за безпроблемната разработка на прототип на иновативния лепилен композит-създаване и тестване в релевантна среда на прототипа на ОШПИМ-постигнато ниво на технологична готовност TRL 6 - Технология, демонстрирана в релевантна среда-осъществени действия за защита на индустриална собственост на национално и европейско ниво-осигурена визуализация на проекта-повишен иновативен капацитет на Кандидата. The general objective of this project proposal is to: the development of product innovation (goods) — Adhesive composite SSHIM, falling under the priority strands of ISIS — "clean technologies with a focus on transport and energy (storage, saving and efficient distribution of energy, electric vehicles and eco-mobility, hydrogen-based models and technologies, waste-free technologies, technologies and methods for including waste products and materials from manufacturing in other industries)" and "smart systems and appliances, smart Homes-Smart Cities, part of the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies".To achieve this objective, the following activities will be realised within the framework of this project: 7.1 Performance of research, testing, measurements necessary for the development of product innovation (good)7.2 Creation and testing of prototypes and pilot lines related to the development of product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation7.3 Acquisition of fixed tangible assets (TMA), necessary for the development of a product (good or service) or manufacturing innovation7.4 Protection of industrial property at national and international level and use of the necessary expert assistance7.5 Visualisation of the projectThe implementation of the above activities will lead to the realisation of the following results: — conducted research, testing, measurements of the main and additional potential components of composites and characterisation of its composition-assured technical and material base for the smooth development of a prototype of innovative adhesive composite-creation and testing in a relevant environment of the prototype of SMPIM-achieved technological readiness level TRL 6 — Technology, demonstrated in a relevant environment — implemented actions for the protection of industrial property at national and European level — provided visualisation of the project — increased innovative capacity of the Candidate.
