Inwestycja pn. „Termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej, wchodzącej w skład Zespołu Szkół w Krzęcinie wraz z wykorzystaniem OZE” realizowana przez Gminie Krzęcin to kompleksowa głęboka modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Przedmiotowa inwestycja na charakter projektu stacjonarnego i jest zlokalizowana na terenie Szkoły Podstawowej w Zespole Szkolnych w Krzęcinie na dz. nr: 291/7; 291/4; 468/2. Obejmować będzie swym celem nadrzędnym zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń/gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Głównym celem, do którego osiągnięcia zmierza realizacja przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku publicznego oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego (szczegółowo opisano w SW– zał.nr1). Zakres inwestycji wskazuje, oprócz etapu przygotowania dokumentacji technicznej i usługi dotyczących czynności w procesie budowlanym oraz promocji projektu, na etap realizacji tj. prac budowlano-montażowych głębokiej termomodernizacja wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi, składający się z następujących ulepszeń: 1. Modernizacja instalacji grzewczej 2. Docieplenie ścian fundamentowych (w tym ściana w gruncie) 3. Docieplenie stropu/stropodachu 4. Docieplenie dachu/stropodach 5. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych 6. Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej 7. Wymiana stolarki okiennej 8. Montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła w Sali gimnastycznej 9. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej 10. Investment Mon. “Termomodernisation of the building of the Primary School, which is part of the School Complex in Krzęcin with the use of RES” implemented by the Krzęcin Municipality is a comprehensive comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility facilities. The investment in the nature of the stationary project is located in the primary school complex in Krzęcin, Dz. No.: 291/7; 291/4; IT’S 468/2. It will include an overriding reduction in environmental degradation by reducing emissions of pollutants/greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The main objective to achieve this project is to reduce the energy intensity of the public building and to improve energy security (for details, see SW- no.1). The scope of the investment indicates, in addition to the stage of preparation of technical documentation and services related to activities in the construction process and the promotion of the project, to the stage of implementation, i.e. construction and assembly works of deep thermal modernisation with accompanying works, consisting of the following improvements: 1. Modernisation of heating system 2. Warming of the foundation walls (including the wall in the ground) 3. Warming of ceiling/stropodache 4. Roof warming/stropods 5. Warming of the outer walls 6. Replacement of external door carpentry 7. Replacement of window carpentry 8. Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in the gym 9. Installation of photovoltaic installation 10. Investissements: La thermomodernisation de la construction de l’école primaire, qui fait partie du complexe scolaire de Krzęcin avec l’utilisation des sources d’énergie renouvelables, est une modernisation en profondeur des installations d’utilité publique. Cet investissement pour le caractère d’un projet stationnaire est situé à l’école primaire de Krzęcin School No: 291/7; 291/4; 468/2. Il s’agira notamment de réduire la dégradation de l’environnement en réduisant les émissions de polluants et de gaz à effet de serre dans l’atmosphère. Le principal objectif poursuivi par la mise en œuvre du projet est de réduire l’intensité énergétique du bâtiment public et d’améliorer la sécurité énergétique (décrit en détail dans l’annexe SW 1). L’ampleur de l’investissement indique, outre l’étape de préparation de la documentation technique et des services relatifs aux activités de construction et de promotion du projet, à la phase de mise en œuvre, c’est-à-dire les travaux de construction et d’assemblage en profondeur de thermomodernisation avec travaux d’accompagnement, comprenant les améliorations suivantes: 1. Modernisation du système de chauffage 2. Isolation des murs de fondation (y compris le mur dans le sol) 3. Réchauffement du plafond/stropode 4. Isolation du toit/stropodes 5. Isolation des parois extérieures 6. Remplacement de la menuiserie extérieure 7. Remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres 8. Installation de ventilation mécanique avec récupération de chaleur dans la salle de gymnastique 9. Installation de l’installation photovoltaïque 10. Remplacement de l’éclairage intégré du bâtiment. Investitionen: Die Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes der Grundschule, die Teil des Schulkomplexes in Krzęcin mit der Nutzung von RES ist, ist eine umfassende tiefgreifende Energiemodernisierung von öffentlichen Versorgungseinrichtungen. Diese Investition für den Charakter eines stationären Projekts befindet sich an der Grundschule in der Krzęcin Schule Nr.: 291/7; 291/4; 468/2. Dazu gehört das übergeordnete Ziel, die Umweltzerstörung durch die Verringerung der Emissionen von Schadstoffen/Treibhausgasen in die Atmosphäre zu verringern. Hauptziel der Durchführung des Projekts ist die Verringerung der Energieintensität des öffentlichen Gebäudes und die Verbesserung der Energieversorgungssicherheit (siehe SW-Anhang 1). Der Umfang der Investition zeigt neben der Vorbereitung der technischen Dokumentation und Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit den Tätigkeiten im Bauprozess und der Projektförderung die Durchführungsphase an, d. h. Bau- und Montagearbeiten tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung mit begleitenden Arbeiten, bestehend aus folgenden Verbesserungen: 1. Modernisierung des Heizsystems 2. Isolierung von Fundamentwänden (einschließlich Wand im Boden) 3. Erwärmung der Decke/Stropod 4. Isolierung des Daches/Stropods 5. Isolierung der Außenwände 6. Ersatz der Außentürtischlerie 7. Ersatz der Fenstertischlerie 8. Installation der mechanischen Lüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnung im Gymnastikraum 9. Installation der Photovoltaik-Anlage 10. Ersatz der eingebauten Gebäudebeleuchtung.
