Celem projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji TIK 240 osób powyżej 25 roku życia posiadających niskie kwalifikacje z miejscowości poniżej 100 tyś. mieszkańców woj.wielkopolskiego w okresie do 31.01.2017 r.Projekt skierowany jest do 240 osób spełniających następujące kryteria: -posiadają niskie kwalifikacje(na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie)-w wieku 25 lat i więcej (co najmniej 50%osoby w wieku +50)-deklarują z własnej inicjatywy potrzebę podniesienia kompetencji-mają miejsce zamieszkania,nauki, pracy w rozumieniu KC na terenie woj.wielkopolskiego w miejscowościach do 100tyś. mieszkańców a w przypadku bezdomnych przebywające na wskazanym powyżej terenie-nie posiadają udokumentowanej znajomości obsługi komputera w stopniu podstawowymZe względu na diagnozę w obszarze projektu sytuacji kobiet i mężczyzn, kobiety stanowić będą min. 60% uczestników to jest 144 osoby. Projekt jest dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych (pomieszczenia,sprzęt,oprogramowanie, materiały dydaktyczne dostosowane do osób z niepełnosprawnościami)W zakresie wsparcia przewiduje się:-przeprowadzenie kampanii rekrutacyjnej; -organizacja i przeprowadzenie szkoleń w zakresie zgodnym ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych realizowanych w ramach Działania 8.2 dla 20 grup/ po 12 uczestników w grupie w wymiarze 80 godzin na grupę. Zakres szkoleń odpowiada na zdiagnozowane luki kompetencyjne w grupie docelowej i obejmuje 4 obszary na poziomie A zgodne ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych realizowanych w ramach projektów w PI 10:1.Bezpieczeństwo2.Komunikacja3.Informacja4.Tworzenie treści-organizacja i przeprowadzenie egzaminów zewnętrznych potwierdzających zdobycie określonych kompetencji cyfrowych.Rezultatem projektu będzie uzyskanie certyfikatów potwierdzających nabycie kwalifikacji/umiejętności w zakresie TIK przez 180 osób powyżej 25 roku życia o niskich kwalifikacjach w tym 84 osoby w wieku powyżej 50 lat, (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the competence of ICT 240 people over 25 years of age with low qualifications from the villages below 100 thousand inhabitants of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in the period up to 31.01.2017.The project is aimed at 240 people meeting the following criteria: —they have low qualifications (up to an ISCED level 3 inclusive) – at the age of 25 and above (at least 50 % of people aged + 50)- declare on their own initiative the need to raise their competences-have a place of residence, science, work within the meaning of the KC in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, up to 100 thousand inhabitants in the cities. The project is accessible to people with disabilities (rooms, equipment, software, educational materials adapted to people with disabilities)In the scope of support, the following are foreseen: – to carry out a recruitment campaign; — organising and conducting trainings in accordance with the Standard requirements for digital competences carried out under Measure 8.2 for 20 groups/per 12 participants per group of 80 hours per group. The scope of training responds to diagnosed competence gaps in the target group and covers 4 areas at level A compliant with Standard requirements for digital competences carried out in PI 10:1.Safety2.Communication3.Information4.Creating content-organisation and conducting external examinations confirming the acquisition of specific digital competences.The result of the project will be obtaining certificates confirming the acquisition of qualifications/skills in the field of ICT by 180 people over the age of 84 years and over 25 years of age. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les compétences de 240 personnes de plus de 25 ans ayant de faibles qualifications de la ville de moins de 100 000 habitants de la voïvodie de Grande-Pologne au cours de la période allant jusqu’au 31 janvier 2017. Le projet s’adresse à 240 personnes répondant aux critères suivants: —avoir de faibles qualifications (jusqu’à et y compris la CITE 3) âgées de 25 ans et plus (au moins 50 % des personnes âgées de + 50 ans) — déclarer de leur propre initiative la nécessité d’améliorer leurs compétences — ils ont un lieu de résidence,de science, de travail au sens du CC dans la région de la Voïvodie de Grande-Pologne jusqu’à 100 000 habitants et, dans le cas des sans-abri séjournant sur le territoire susmentionné — n’ont pas une connaissance avérée de l’utilisation de l’ordinateur au niveau de base en raison du diagnostic dans le domaine du projet la situation des femmes et des hommes, les femmes seront au moins 60 % des participants, c’est-à-dire 144 personnes. Le projet est accessible aux personnes handicapées (chambres, équipements, logiciels, matériel didactique adapté aux personnes handicapées).En termes d’aide, il est envisagé:-de mener une campagne de recrutement; — organiser et mener des formations conformément aux exigences standard en matière de compétences numériques menées dans le cadre de l’action 8.2 pour 20 groupes/12 participants dans le groupe 80 heures par groupe. Le champ d’application de la formation répond aux lacunes de compétences diagnostiquées au sein du groupe cible et couvre 4 domaines au niveau A conformément aux exigences standard en matière de compétences numériques menées dans le cadre des projets relevant de l’IP 10:1.Sécurité2.Communication3.Information4.Créer l’organisation du contenu et la réalisation d’examens externes confirmant l’acquisition de certaines compétences numériques.Le résultat du projet sera l’obtention de certificats confirmant l’acquisition de qualifications/compétences TIC par 180 personnes de plus de 25 ans ayant de faibles qualifications, dont 84 personnes de plus de 50 ans, (French)
