Финансовият план ще подпомага редица дейности, които ще повишат ефективността на контрола, осъществяван от ОО - извършването на одитни ангажименти и проверки на място по оперативните програми, финансирани по ЕСИФ, за постигане на разумна увереност за законосъобразността и допустимостта на извършваните разходи. Финансовият план е насочен и към по-нататъшно укрепване на капацитета на ИА ОСЕС за ефективно изпълнение на функциите й на Одитен орган по оперативните програми, финансирани от ЕСИФ. В допълнение се предвижда да бъде осигурено и необходимото техническо оборудване и поддръжка на специализирания софтуер за изпълнение на одитните ангажименти. При изпълнение на финансовия план ще бъдат спазвани хоризонталните политики на ЕС. Целева група- служителите на Одитния орган и външни лица, наемани за изпълнение на одиторски процедури и предоставяне на консултантски услуги. (Bulgarian)

The financial plan will support a number of activities that will increase the effectiveness of the controls carried out by the AA — the performance of audit engagements and on-the-spot checks under the operational programmes financed by the ESIF in order to obtain reasonable assurance on the legality and eligibility of the expenditure incurred. The financial plan shall also aim at further strengthening the capacity of the AEUFEA to effectively carry out its functions as Audit Authority for the operational programmes financed by the ESIF. In addition, it is envisaged that the necessary technical equipment and maintenance of specialised software to carry out audit assignments will be provided. The implementation of the financial plan will respect the EU’s horizontal policies. Target group — the Audit Authority’s staff and external persons recruited to carry out audit procedures and provide advisory services. (English)
