Projekt partnerski S.T.R. Project Stanisław Romaniszyn i Fundacji Ekspert-Kujawy pt. "Aktywizacja gwarancją sukcesu!" ma na CELU zwiększenie do 30.09.2019 zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz aktywnego udziału w życiu społecznym i zawodowym 60 (34K/26M) osób zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 lat, zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na obszarze woj.warmińsko-mazurskiego, w powiatach: giżyckim, kętrzyńskim, mrągowskim i piskim, pozostających bez zatrudnienia - wyłącznie osoby bierne zawodowo lub bezrobotne, dla których ustalono III profil pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (w tym min. 18 (10K/8M) długotrwale bezrobotnych), spośród których minimum 15 (8K/7M) to osoby niepełnosprawne. Cel zostanie osiągnięty przez objęcie ww. grupy wsparciem w ramach 4 ZADAŃ: 1.identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem IŚR i treningi kompetencji społecznych 2.indywidualne poradnictwo prawno-obywatelskie i psychologiczne 3.szkolenia zawodowe i innowacyjny jobscouting 4. staże Proj. przyniesie REZULTATY:Do 4 tyg.po opuszczeniu programu: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawod. przez min.40% UP *praca(w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.25% UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.25% UP Oraz efektywność społeczna i zatrudnieniowa do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu udziału w projekcie: *w odniesieniu do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poziom efektywności społecznej- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min. 22% *w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi poziom efektywności społecznej- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min. 12% (Polish)

Project partner project Stanisław Romaniszyn and the Expert-Kujawy Foundation “Activating a guarantee of success!” has at CELU an increase to 30.09.2019 of employability and active participation in the social and professional life of 60 (34K/26M) people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship, in powiats: Giżycki, Ketrziński, Mrągowski and Piski, who are unemployed – only inactive or unemployed persons, for whom the third aid profile has been established in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (including min. 18 (10K/8M) long-term unemployed), of which at least 15 (8K/7M) are disabled. The objective will be achieved by including the above-mentioned group as part of the 4th Approach: 1.identification of needs together with the development of IAC and training of social competences 2.Individual legal, civil and psychological counselling 3. vocational training and innovative jobscouting 4. internships Proj. will bring RESULTATY:Until 4 weeks after leaving the program: * gaining professional qualifications for at least 40 % of UP *work (including self-employed) by at least 25 % UP *search for at least 25 % of UP and social and employment efficiency up to 3 months after completion of the project: *for people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, the level of social efficiency – min. 34 %, employment efficiency – min. 22 % *for people with severe disabilities, people with intellectual disabilities and people with coupled disabilities, the level of social efficiency – min. 34 %, employment efficiency-min. 12 % (English)

Projet S.T.R. Stanisław Romaniszyn et la Fondation Expert-Kujawy: «L’activation est une garantie de succès!» vise à ce que le CELU augmente l’employabilité et la participation active à la vie sociale et professionnelle de 30.09.2019 60 (34K/26M) personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, résidant au sens du code civil dans le domaine de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie: Giżycki, Kętrzyn, Mrągowski et Piski, qui sont au chômage — seuls les inactifs ou les chômeurs pour lesquels un troisième profil d’aide a été établi conformément à la loi du 20 avril 2004 relative à la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail (dont au moins 18 chômeurs de longue durée (10K/8 millions)), dont au moins 15 (8K/7 millions) sont des personnes handicapées. L’objectif sera atteint en apportant un soutien au groupe susmentionné dans le cadre des 4 exigences suivantes: 1.L’identification des besoins ainsi que le développement de la RMI et la formation des compétences sociales 2.Le conseil juridique, civique et psychologique individuel 3. la formation professionnelle et la création d’emplois innovants 4. Les stages proj. apporteront des RESULTATS:Jusqu’à 4 semaines après la sortie du programme: *obtention de qualifications professionnelles pour un minimum de 40 % de UP *travail (y compris indépendant) pour un minimum de 25 % UP *recherche pour un minimum de 25 % UP et efficacité sociale et de l’emploi jusqu’à 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet: *pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, au moins 34 %, efficacité de l’emploi — min. 22 % *pour les personnes ayant un handicap grave, les personnes ayant un handicap intellectuel et les personnes handicapées associées, les performances sociales — min. 34 %, l’efficacité de l’emploi — min. 12 % (French)
