Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa oraz przebudowa drogi na odcinku od drogi powiatowej nr 3903P od skrzyżowania z drogą wojewódzką 305 relacji Wschowa-Wolsztyn,przez m.Wijewo,m.Brenno,m.Zaborówiec,m.Włoszakowice,m.Bukówiec Górny,m.Boguszyn,m.Bronikowo,m. Podśmigiel,do węzła planowanej do budowy drogi ekspresowej S5(Poznań–Wrocław łączącej dwie autostrady A2 i A4)stanowiącej element sieci TEN-T.Projekt realizowany będzie w granicach administracyjnych Woj. Wlkp.,na terenie dwóch powiatów:leszczyńskiego oraz kościańskiego w obrębie trzech gmin Wijewo,Włoszakowice(powiat leszczyński) i gminy Śmigiel(powiat kościański).Powstały w ramach projektu ciąg drogowy będzie ciągiem jednorodnym,a więc tą samą drogą lokalną (kończącą się na węźle do drogi ekspresowej)posiadająca tę samą kategorię i numer (3903 P).Całkowita długość odcinka wynosić będzie 29 km,natomiast w ramach projektu zrealizowana zostanie budowa oraz przebudowa 28 085 m odcinka drogi (wg szczegółowego opisu w podziale na odcinki zawartego w Studium Wykonalności).Na odcinku ponad 600 m (wpisujących się w przedmiotowy ciąg)znajduje się odcinek drogi na przebudowę którego Powiat Leszczyński uzyskał dofinansowanie w ramach PROW 2014-2020 oraz rondo,którego nie obejmuje konieczność przebudowy(wg opisu z pkt 3.6.1).Projekt będzie realizowany przez dwa samorządy:Powiat Leszczyński oraz Powiat Kościański (partner projektu)-wg zapisów umowy partnerskiej zawartej na potrzeby realizacji projektu.W ramach projektu planuje się osiągnąć następujące wskaźniki:Długość przebudowanych dróg powiatowych -21,525 km Dł. wybudowanych dróg powiatowych-6559,1km Dł. wspartej infrastruktury rowerowej -6,722 km Liczba wybudowanych obwodnic -1 szt. Dł. wyb. lub przeb.chodników-6,7 kmL. wyb. lub przeb.drogowych obiektów inzynierskich - 7 szt. L’objet de l’investissement est la construction et la reconstruction d’une route à partir de la route de district no 3903P à partir de l’intersection avec la route 305 Wschowa-Wolsztyn, à travers Wijewo, Brenno,m.Zaborówiec,m.Włoszakowice,m.Bukówiec Górny,m.Boguszyn,m.Bronikowo, Podśmigiel, jusqu’à la jonction prévue pour la construction de l’autoroute S5 (Poznań-Wrocław reliant les deux autoroutes A2 et A4) faisant partie du réseau RTE-T. Le projet sera mis en œuvre à l’intérieur des frontières administratives. Wlkp., sur le territoire de deux powiatów:leszczyńskiego et Kościanski dans les trois communes de Wijewo, Włoszakowice (arrondissement de Leszczyński) et la commune de Śmigiel (arrondissement de Kościański).La route tracée dans le cadre du projet sera une ligne homogène, et donc la même route locale (finissant à la jonction avec la route express) avec la même catégorie et le même numéro (3903 P).La longueur totale du tronçon sera de 29 km, D’autre part, le projet réalisera la construction et la reconstruction du tronçon de 28 085 m de la route (selon la description détaillée en sections contenues dans l’étude de faisabilité).Sur le tronçon de plus de 600 m (inclus dans la route en question), il y a un tronçon de la route pour la reconstruction dont le district de Leszczyński a bénéficié d’un financement au titre du PDR 2014-2020 et d’un rond-point, ce qui n’inclut pas la nécessité de la reconstruction (comme décrit au point 3.6.1).Le projet sera mis en œuvre par deux samorządy:Powiat Leszczyński et le district de Kościanski (partenaire du projet) — conformément à la description figurant au point 3.6.1. les dispositions de l’accord de partenariat conclu pour la mise en œuvre du projet.Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de réaliser les routes de district reconstruites ci-après -21,525 km. de routes de district construites-6 559,1 km L. d’infrastructures cyclables soutenues — 6,722 km Nombre de contournements construits -1 pcs.
