Иван Стоянов Йорданов е регистриран като земеделски производител на 21.12.2015 г. по реда на Наредба № 3 от 29.01.1999 г. за създаване и поддържане на регистър на земеделските производители и настъпилите изменения и доп. към нея, обн. в ДВ, бр. 2 от 08.01.2008 г. Кандидатът развива земеделска дейност в секторите "Плодове и зеленчуци" и "Фуражни култури", като стопанисва 11,999 дка земеделска земя. Стопанството на Иван Йорданов се състои от 10 дка сливови насаждения, 1,999 дка люцерна, които земеделския производител обработва въз основа на влязъл в сила договор за аренда. Размерът на земеделското стопанство, измерен в СПО евро възлиза на 7334,95 СПО евро.В качеството си на добър земеделски производител, Иван Йорданов отглежда стопанство си по биологичен начин, съгласно сключен договор за биологично сертифициране и контрол, като към момента е в етап на преход към биологично производство.Проектното предложение на кандидата предвижда инвестиции в модернизиране на стопанството и материалните мощности, което ще се осъществи със закупуване на земеделска техника и преструктуриране на наличното в момента земеделско стопанство изцяло в сектор "Плодове и зеленчуци", като на площите с люцерна ще бъдат създадени нови трайни насаждения - сливи 1,999 дка.Кандидатът има за цел повишаване на устойчивостта и жизнеспособността на земеделското стопанство, както и развиване наконкурентоспособно земеделие, което ще бъде постигнато с реализиране на планираните инвестиции. Ivan Stoyanov Yordanov was registered as a farmer on 21 December 2015 in accordance with Regulation No 3 of 29 January 1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers and the amendments thereto, promulgated in State Gazette No 2 of 8 January 2008. The applicant develops agricultural activity in the fruit and vegetables and fodder crops sectors, managing 11,999 decares of agricultural land. Ivan Yordanov’s farm consists of 10 decares of plum plantations, 1,999 decares of alfalfa, which the farmer cultivates on the basis of a lease contract entered into force. As a good farmer, Ivan Yordanov grows his farm organically, according to a contract for organic certification and control, and is currently in the stage of conversion to organic production. The project proposal of the applicant envisages investments in modernisation of the farm and the facilities, which will be carried out with the purchase of agricultural machinery and restructuring of the currently available agricultural holding entirely in the “Fruit and Vegetables” sector. new permanent crops — plums of 1,999 decares will be created on the area with alfalfa. The applicant aims to increase the sustainability and viability of the agricultural holding, as well as to develop competitive agriculture, which will be achieved with the realisation of the planned investments.
