Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie przez Parafie pw. św. Tomasza Apostoła w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim, pw. Nawiedzenia Najświętszej Maryi Panny i św. Anny w Lubawie oraz pw. Najświętszego Zbawiciela w Głotowie. Zakłada głównie prace budowlano-konserwatorskie w obiektach stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego i zakup wyposażenia (środki trwałe i WNiP). Zakres prac obejmuje zgodnie z Sekcją VI wniosku: a)roboty budowlane: w kościele pw. św Tomasza w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim (dalej NML), budynku przy kościele w NML, otoczeniu kościoła i domu w NML, Sanktuarium w Łąkach w NML (ruiny), kościele pw. Nawiedzenia NMP i św. Anny w Lubawie, otoczeniu kościoła w Lubawie, w 2 obiektach, które utworzą kompleksowe Muzeum Ziemi Lubawskiej w Lubawie (budynek „Wikariatki” – dom pod Murami 30 oraz obecne sale muzealno-wystawiennicze w budynku Plebanii), Sanktuarium w Lipach, oraz w Zespole Kaplic Kalwarii Warmińskiej w Głotowie b)zakup środków trwałych i WNiP: do kościoła św. Tomasza w NML, budynku przy kościele w NML, który zostanie zaadaptowany na Dom Działyńskich, do Sanktuarium w Łąkach w NML, kompleksowego Muzeum Ziemi Lubawskiej (składające się z budynku „Wikariatki” oraz obecnych sal na Plebanii), do Kalwarii Warmińskiej w Głotowie oraz do wszystkich obiektów – szlaku Sanktuariów (wirtualny szlak Sanktuariów w formie aplikacji mobilnej) c)Nadzów w projekcie: nadzór konserwatorsko-budowlany i inżynier kontraktu d)Promocja projektu e)Przygotowanie Studium Wykonalności Głównym celem jest zachowanie w portfelu atrakcji turystycznych zabytkowych Sanktuariów oraz innych cennych turystycznie obiektów zlokalizowanych w ich bezpośrednim otoczeniu, które objęto projektem zgodnie z zakresem rzeczowym. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia z SZOOP dla Osi priorytetowej 6 Kultura i dziedzictwo poprzez zachowanie, ochronę, promowanie i rozwój dziedzictwa kulturowego. The project will be implemented in partnership by St. Thomas the Apostle in the New City of Lubawy. The Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Anna in Lubawa and Pw. Holy Savior in Glotov. It assumes mainly construction and maintenance works in facilities which constitute tourist attractions of Warmia-Mazury Voivodship and purchase of equipment (permanent assets and WNiP). The scope of the work is in accordance with Section VI of the proposal: construction works: in the church of St. Thomas in the New Town of Lubawski (hereinafter NML), the building at the church in NML, surrounded by the church and house in NML, the Sanctuary in Łąki in the NML (ruiny), the church of St. Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Anna in Lubawa, surrounded by the church in Lubava, in 2 buildings that will create a comprehensive Museum of Lubawa Land in Lubawa (the building “vikariatki” – house under the Walls 30 and present museum and exhibition halls in the Plebania building), the Shrine in Lipa, and in the Chapel of Warmia Calvary in Głotowo b)purchase of fixed assets and WNiP: to the Church of St. Tomasza in NML, building near the church in NML, which will be adapted to the Działyński House, to the Sanctuary in Łąki in NML, the comprehensive Museum of Lubawska Land (consisting of the building “vicararia” and the current halls in Plebania), to the Warmia Calvary in Głotów and to all facilities – the Sanctuary Trail (virtual Sanctuary Trail in the form of a mobile application) c) conservation and construction supervision and contract engineer (d)Promotion of the project e)Preparation of the Feasibility Study The main objective is to preserve in the portfolio of tourist attractions historical Sanctuaries and other valuable tourist facilities located in their immediate surroundings, which are covered by the project according to the material scope. The project fits into the assumption of the SZOOP Priority Axis 6 Culture and Heritage through the preservation, protection, promotion and development of cultural heritage. As a result of the project, the tourist potential of the objects covered by the project will increase. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre en partenariat par la paroisse St. Thomas l’apôtre dans la nouvelle ville de Lubawski, Les visites de la Bienheureuse Vierge Marie et de Sainte Marie Anna à Ljubljava et S.A. Le Bienheureux Sauveur à Glotów. Il s’agit principalement de travaux de construction et de conservation dans des installations constituant des attractions touristiques de la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie et de l’achat d’équipements (actifs permanents et ISP). Conformément à la section VI de la proposition, le champ d’application des travaux comprend: travaux de construction: dans l’église Saint-Thomas dans la ville de New Lubawski (ci-après NML), un bâtiment à côté de l’église du LNM, entouré d’une église et d’une maison dans le LNM, Sanctuaire à Łąki dans le LNM (ruins), église de Saint-Thomas. Hantements de la Vierge Marie et des Saints Anna à Lubawa, entourée d’une église à Lubawa, dans 2 bâtiments qui créeront un musée complet de la terre de Lubawska à Lubawa (bâtiment «wikariatki» — une maison sous les 30 murs et le musée actuel et les salles d’exposition dans le bâtiment Plebania), le sanctuaire dans les chaux, et dans le complexe de la chapelle Kalwaria Warmińska à Glotów (b) l’achat d’actifs fixes et WNiP: à l’église des Saints. Tomasza au LNM, un bâtiment à côté de l’église du LNM, qui sera adapté à la maison Działyński, au sanctuaire à Łąki au LNM, au musée complet de la terre de Lubawska (composé du bâtiment «Vicariaki» et des salles actuelles de Plebania), au Calvary Warmińska à Glotów et à tous les objets — le sentier des Sanctuaires (itinéraire virtuel des sanctuaires sous la forme d’une application mobile) c) conservation et supervision de la construction et ingénieur contractuel (d)Promotion du projet e)Préparation de l’étude de faisabilité L’objectif principal est de préserver dans le portefeuille d’attractions touristiques des sanctuaires historiques et d’autres installations touristiques de valeur situées dans leur environnement immédiat, qui ont été couverts par le projet en fonction de la portée matérielle. Le projet fait partie du SZOOP pour la priorité Axe 6 Culture et patrimoine à travers la préservation, la protection, la promotion et le développement du patrimoine culturel. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le potentiel touristique des objets couverts par le projet augmentera. (French)
