Развитието на обществото е в пряка зависимост от интеграцията на науката и бизнеса. За да се постигне устойчиво развитие между бизнесa и образователния процес, следва да се отдели специално внимание на професионалното израстване на научниte работници и мотивирането им да продължат образованието си в ОНС "Доктор", изследвайки иновативни модели, базирани на задълбочена научна дейност.Проектно предложение "Инвестиции в обучението на студенти, докторанти, постдокторанти и преподаватели - гарант за по-добро бъдеще" е насочено именно към подобряване условията за научноизследователска дейност на представителите на целевата група в Икономически университет - Варна. Проектното предложение има надграждащ ефект по отношение на успешно реализирания проект от Икономически университет - Варна по процедура BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, „Качеството на обучението на докторанти и постдокторанти - социална отговорност на университет и бизнес“, финансиран по ОП "Развитие на човешките ресурси“ 2007-2013.Необходимостта от реализирането на проекта е налице, предвид динамиката на научноизследователската работа и обстоятелството, че все по-малко млади хора, завършили ОКС "Магистър" намират интерес към научно развитие и обучение в докторантура.Стимулирането на младите научноизследователски кадри е инвестиция в бъдещето, която е необходимост за съвременното ни общество.Сред основните дейности, заложени в проектното предложение са: - осигуряване на подкрепа и стимули за научно развитие;- провеждане на информационни кампании, целящи да покажат ползите от научната дейност;- предоставяне на възможност за обмяна на добри практики и чуждестранен опит;- както и подпомагане на успешното разработване и защита на дисертационен труд и др.Реализирането на посочените дейности би утвърдило науката и научната дейност в Икономически университет - Варна като перспективна професионална област за развитие, чийто директен ефект намира отражение върху увеличаване броя на младите изследователи. The development of society is directly dependent on the integration of science and business. In order to achieve sustainable development between the business and the educational process, special attention should be paid to the professional growth of researchers and their motivation to continue their education at the PhD NS, exploring innovative models based on in-depth scientific activity.Project proposal “Investments in the training of students, doctoral students, post-doctoral students and lecturers — guarantor for a better future” is aimed precisely at improving the conditions for research activities of the representatives of the target group at the University of Economics — Varna. The project proposal has an additional effect on the successfully implemented project by the University of Economics — Varna under procedure BG051PO001-3.3.06-0010, “Quality of the training of PhD students and post-doctoral students — social responsibility of university and business”, financed under OP “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013. The need for the realisation of the project is present, given the dynamics of the research work and the fact, that fewer and fewer young people who have graduated from Master’s Degree find an interest in scientific development and training in PhD studies. The promotion of young researchers is an investment in the future, which is a necessity for our modern society. Among the main activities set out in the project proposal are: — providing support and incentives for scientific development;- conducting information campaigns aimed at demonstrating the benefits of scientific activity;- providing an opportunity for exchange of good practices and foreign experience;- as well as support for the successful development and protection of dissertation work, etc. The realisation of these activities would strengthen science and scientific activity at the University of Economics — Varna as a promising professional field for development, the direct effect of which has an impact on the increase of the number of young researchers.
