Projekt dotyczy II etapu rozbudowy Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego (CKP) w Elblągu o dwie pracownie: stolarsko-ciesielską oraz budowlaną. CKP jest placówką oświaty wspierającą szkolnictwo zawodowe poprzez realizację praktycznej naukę zawodu. Z pracowni CKP korzystają uczniowie elbląskich szkół zawodowych oraz os.dorosłe na kwalifikacyjnych kursach zawodów. Projekt wspiera infrastrukturę szkolnictwa zawodowego przez rozbudowę CKP i zakup nowoczesnego wyposażenia dydaktycznego dla pracowni: -stolarsko-ciesielskiej dla praktycznej nauki zawodu: stolarz, cieśla, technik technologii drewna, tapicer; -budowlanej dla praktycznej nauki zawodu: technik robót wykończeniowych w budownictwie, dekarz, betoniarz-zbrojarz, murarz-tynkarz, monter konstrukcji budowlanych, technik budownictwa, monter sieci i instalacji sanitarnych, technik inżynierii sanitarnej, technik budowy dróg. W pracowni odbywać się będzie część praktycznej nauki zawodu dla kierunków: technik energetyk, technik elektryk, technik urządzeń i systemów energetyki odnawialnej. Głównymi interesariuszami projektu są:Zespół Szkół Inżynierii Środowiska i Usług, Zespół Szkół Technicznych, Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy nr 1, Zespół Szkół Techniczno-Informatycznych oraz os. dorosłe (kursy i szkolenia). Potrzeba projektu wynika z diagnozy wykonanej w dn.29.07.2016, zaktualizowanej w dn.20.06.2017 (zał.dod.2), która badała potrzeby lokalnego rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada rozbudowę CKP: kubatura 4678.9 m3, pow. zabudowy: 422m2 (2 pracownie z magazynami), pow. użytkowa: 774,92 m2. Etapy rzeczowej realizacji projektu: procedura przetargowa, roboty budowlane, promocja, dostawa i montaż wyposażenia. Projekt realizuje założenia SzOOP RPOWiM, Cel temat.10,Priorytet inwestycyjny 10a: poprzez rozbudowę CKP projekt rozwija infrastrukturę edukacyjną i szkoleniową,jest inwestycją w edukację,umiejętności i uczenie się przez całe życie. Rezultatem będą lepsze warunki kształcenia zawodowego dopasowane do potrzeb rynku pracy. (Polish)

The project concerns the second phase of the extension of the Practical Training Centre (CKP) in Elbląg by two workshops: carpentry, carpentry and construction. The CKP is an educational institution supporting vocational education through the implementation of practical apprenticeships. Students of professional schools and adults in qualifying courses of the professions benefit from the CKP workshop. The project supports vocational education infrastructure through the expansion of CKP and the purchase of modern teaching equipment for the workshop: — carpentry and carpentry for practical training: carpenter, carpenter, wood technology techniques, upholstery; —built for practical training: finishing works techniques in construction, roofer, concrete-arming machine, mason-tinner, builder, construction techniques, network and sanitary installation, sanitary engineering techniques, road construction techniques. In the workshop there will be a part of practical vocational training for the following courses: energy technicians, electrical technicians, techniques of renewable energy equipment and systems. The main stakeholders of the project are: Team of Schools of Environmental Engineering and Services, Team of Technical Schools, Special Training and Education Centre No. 1, Team of Technical and Information Schools and Adults (courses and trainings). The need for the project stems from the diagnosis made on 29.07.2016, updated on 20.06.2017 (approx.2), which examined the needs of the local labour market. The project assumes the expansion of the CKP: volume of 4678.9 m³, overhead: 422 m² (2 workshops with warehouses), usable area: 774,92 m². Stages of the project’s in-kind implementation: tender procedure, construction works, promotion, supply and assembly of equipment. The project implements the assumptions of SzOOP RPOWiM, Objective of topic.10, Investment Priority 10a: through the expansion of CKP, the project develops educational and training infrastructure, it is an investment in education, skills and lifelong learning. Le projet concerne la deuxième étape de l’extension du Centre de formation pratique (CKP) à Elbląg par deux ateliers: menuiserie et construction. Le CKP est un établissement d’enseignement qui soutient l’enseignement professionnel par le biais d’une formation professionnelle pratique. Les étudiants des écoles professionnelles d’Elbląg et les adultes qui suivent des cours de qualification professionnelles utilisent les studios du CKP. Le projet soutient l’infrastructure d’enseignement professionnel par l’expansion du CKP et l’achat d’équipements pédagogiques modernes pour le studio: pour la formation professionnelle pratique: charpentier, menuisier, techniques de la technologie du bois, tapisserie; —construction d’une formation professionnelle pratique: techniques de finition dans la construction, toiture, bétonnière-armoureuse, maçonnerie-Grassman, technicien de construction, technicien de construction, assembleur de réseaux et d’installations sanitaires, techniques d’ingénierie sanitaire, techniques de construction de routes. Au cours de l’atelier, il y aura une partie de la formation professionnelle pratique pour les matières suivantes: techniciens en énergie, techniques d’électricien, techniques d’équipement et systèmes d’énergie renouvelable. Les principales parties prenantes du projet sont: les écoles d’ingénierie et de services de l’environnement, le complexe des écoles techniques, le centre d’éducation spéciale et d’éducation no 1, le complexe scolaire technique et informatique et les adultes (cours et formations). La nécessité du projet découle du diagnostic effectué le 29 juillet 2016, mis à jour le 20 juin 2017 (annexe 2), qui a examiné les besoins du marché du travail local. Le projet implique l’expansion du PCK: capacité 4 678,9 m³, surface du bâtiment: 422 m² (2 ateliers avec entrepôts), surface utilisable: 774,92 m². Étapes de la mise en œuvre concrète du projet: procédure d’appel d’offres, travaux de construction, promotion, fourniture et montage d’équipements. Le projet met en œuvre les hypothèses de SzOOP RPOWiM, Objectif 10, Priorité d’investissement 10a: grâce à l’expansion de l’ICC, le projet développe des infrastructures d’éducation et de formation, est un investissement dans l’éducation, les compétences et l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie. Il en résultera de meilleures conditions de formation professionnelle adaptées aux besoins du marché du travail. (French)

Das Projekt betrifft die zweite Phase der Erweiterung des Praktischen Ausbildungszentrums (CKP) in Elbląg um zwei Workshops: Schreinerei und Bau. CKP ist eine Bildungseinrichtung, die die berufliche Bildung durch praktische Berufsausbildung unterstützt. Schüler von Elbląg Berufsschulen und Erwachsene in Qualifikationskursen von Berufen nutzen die Studios des CKP. Das Projekt unterstützt die Berufsbildungsinfrastruktur durch den Ausbau des CKP und den Kauf moderner Lehrmittel für das Studio: für die praktische Berufsausbildung: Zimmermann, Zimmermann, Holztechnik, Polsterung; —Ausbildung für die praktische Berufsausbildung: Veredelungstechniken im Bau, Dachdecker, Betonmischer-Armourer, Mauerwerk-Grassman, Bautechniker, Bautechniker, Montageer von Netzwerken und Sanitäranlagen, Sanitärtechniken, Straßenbautechniken. In dem Workshop wird ein Teil der praktischen Berufsausbildung zu folgenden Themen stattfinden: Energietechniker, Elektrikertechniken, Gerätetechniken und erneuerbare Energiesysteme. Die wichtigsten Akteure des Projekts sind: Schulen für Umwelttechnik und Dienstleistungen, Technical Schools Complex, Special Education and Education Centre Nr. 1, Technical and Informatics School Complex and Adults (Kurse und Schulungen). Die Notwendigkeit des Projekts ergibt sich aus der Diagnose vom 29.07.2016, aktualisiert am 20.6.2017 (Anlage 2), in der die Bedürfnisse des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes untersucht wurden. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Erweiterung des CKP: Kapazität 4 678,9 m³, Baufläche: 422 m² (2 Werkstätten mit Lagerhallen), Nutzfläche: 774,92 m². Phasen der inhaltlichen Durchführung des Projekts: Ausschreibungsverfahren, Bauarbeiten, Förderung, Lieferung und Montage von Ausrüstungen. Das Projekt setzt die Annahmen von SzOOP RPOWiM, Zielthema 10,Investitionspriorität 10a um: durch den Ausbau der KKI entwickelt das Projekt Bildungs- und Ausbildungsinfrastrukturen, ist eine Investition in Bildung, Kompetenzen und lebenslanges Lernen. Das Ergebnis wird bessere Bedingungen für die Berufsausbildung sein, die auf die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes zugeschnitten ist. (German)
