Kancelaria Prawna „Consultor” Daniel Gramatowski zakłada rozbudowę istniejącej instalacji fotowoltaicznej o panele o łącznej mocy 0,39 MW, zamontowane na gruncie wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną, na terenie działki nr ewid. 368/2, położonej w obrębie geodezyjnym Grodzisko, gmina Banie Mazurskie, powiat gołdapski, województwo warmińsko-mazurskie. Ww. działka położona jest poza skupioną zabudową wsi Grodzisko. Działka 368/2 jest zabudowana w części istniejącą farmą PV Grodzisko o mocy 611 kW. Produkowana przez elektrownię energia elektryczna, będzie dostarczana do sieci elektroenergetycznej, zgodnie z wydanymi warunkami przyłączenia poprzez przyłącze energetyczne do linii 15 kV. Charakterystyczne parametry elektrowni fotowoltaicznej: • liczba modułów – 1 251 szt. o mocy jednostkowej 310 W każdy; • liczba inwerterów - 12 szt. o mocy 30 kW (po stronie AC) każdy. • stacja transformatorowa – 1 szt. Poszczególne rzędy paneli będą usytuowane na terenie działki na ustawionej tam typowej konstrukcji wsporczej. Posadowienie konstrukcji będzie następowało poprzez wbicie kafarem w grunt pionowych elementów podpór, a następnie wykonanie połączeń skręcanych z pozostałymi elementami konstrukcji. Konstrukcja wsporcza została zaprojektowana zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w decyzji o warunkach zabudowy. Panele będą stanowiły rozbudowę istniejącej instalacji fotowoltaicznej na działce 368/2 w miejscowości Grodzisko. Projekt poprzez produkcję energii odnawialnej ze słońca i ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza, wpisuje się w Cel tematyczny 4 – Wspieranie przejścia na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną we wszystkich sektorach, Priorytet inwestycyjny 4a – Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych SzOOP RPO WiM Dz.4.1 Wspieranie wytwarzania i dystrybucji energii pochodzącej ze OZE. The law firm “Consultor” Daniel Gramatowski assumes the extension of the existing photovoltaic installation with panels with a total capacity of 0.39 MW, mounted on the ground together with the necessary technical infrastructure, on the premises of the register plot. 368/2, located within the geodesy area of Grodzisko, the municipality of Banie Mazurskie, Gołdapski county, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. The plot is located outside the village of Grodzisko. Plot 368/2 is built in part by the existing PV Grodzisko farm with a capacity of 611 kW. The electricity produced by the power plant will be supplied to the electricity grid, in accordance with the released terms of connection via the power connection to the 15 kV line. Characteristic parameters of the photovoltaic power plant: • number of modules – 1 251 units with a unit capacity of 310 W each; • number of inverters – 12 units with a power of 30 kW (on the AC side) each. • transformer station – 1 pcs. Individual rows of panels will be located on the area of the plot on the typical support structure set there. The installation of the structure will be done by inserting vertical support elements into the ground with a cafare, followed by twisted connections with the other elements of the structure. The support structure has been designed in accordance with the conditions set out in the decision on the building conditions. The panels will be an extension of the existing photovoltaic installation on plot 368/2 in Grodzisko. The project through the production of renewable energy from the sun and the reduction of pollutant emissions into the air, is part of the Thematic Objective 4 – Supporting the transition to a low carbon economy in all sectors, Investment priority 4a – Supporting the production and distribution of energy from renewable sources SzOOP RPO WiM Dz.4.1 Supporting the production and distribution of energy from RES. Le cabinet d’avocats «Consulteur» Daniel Gramatowski assume l’extension de l’installation photovoltaïque existante avec des panneaux d’une capacité totale de 0,39 MW, installés au sol avec l’infrastructure technique nécessaire, sur le site du terrain no ewid. 368/2, située dans la zone géodésique de Grodzisko, municipalité de Banie Mazurskie, district de Gołdapski, voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. La parcelle susmentionnée est située à l’extérieur des bâtiments concentrés du village Grodzisko. La parcelle 368/2 est construite dans une partie existante de la ferme PV Grodzisko d’une capacité de 611 kW. L’électricité produite par la centrale sera fournie au réseau électrique selon les conditions de raccordement émises par le raccordement à la ligne de 15 kV. Paramètres caractéristiques de la centrale photovoltaïque: • nombre de modules — 1 251 unités d’une puissance unitaire de 310 W chacun; • nombre d’onduleurs — 12 unités d’une puissance de 30 kW (côté CA) chacune. • station de transformateur — 1 pcs. Des rangées individuelles de panneaux seront situées dans la zone de la parcelle sur une structure de support typique placée là. La fondation de la structure sera réalisée en insérant une pile dans le sol des éléments de support verticaux, puis en faisant des connexions torsadées avec les autres éléments de la structure. La structure de soutènement a été conçue conformément aux conditions fixées dans la décision relative aux conditions de construction. Les panneaux seront une extension de l’installation photovoltaïque existante sur le terrain 368/2 à Grodzisko. Le projet à travers la production d’énergie renouvelable à partir du soleil et la réduction des émissions de polluants dans l’air fait partie de l’objectif thématique 4 — Soutenir la transition vers une économie à faible intensité de carbone dans tous les secteurs, priorité d’investissement 4a — Soutenir la production et la distribution d’énergie à partir de sources renouvelables SzOOP ROP WiM Dz.4.1 Soutenir la production et la distribution d’énergie à partir de sources renouvelables.
