Дейността по проекта включва верификация на разходите, докладвани в искания за междинни и окончателни плащания по проекти, финансирани по приоритетна ос „Техническа помощ” на Оперативна програма „Транспорт" 2007-2013 г (ОПТ) и Оперативна програма „Транспорт и транспортна инфраструктура” 2014 – 2020 г. (ОПТТИ), в случаите, при които Управляващият орган (УО) е бенефициент по тях, както следва:- контролни проверки на включените в пакета отчетни документи по проекта, попадащи в искането за плащане и попълване на съответните контролни листове; - проверки на място по проектите по време на изпълнението на проекта или след приключване на дейностите по него, но преди одобрението на окончателното искане за плащане. При одобрение на окончателното искане за плащане задължително се извършва проверка на място;- 100 % документална проверка на цялата документация, свързана с извършените разходи;- изготвяне на доклади за извършена верификация на разходи в междинни и окончателни искания за плащания и за извършена проверка на място;-преглед и одобрение на авансови плащания по проекти, финансирани по приоритетна ос „Техническа помощ” на ОПТ и ОПТТИ, в случаите, при които УО е бенефициент по тях. The project activity includes verification of the expenditure reported in requests for interim and final payments for projects financed under the Technical Assistance Priority Axis of Operational Programme on Transport 2007-2013 (OPT) and Operational Programme on Transport and Transport Infrastructure 2014-2020 (OPTTI), in cases where the Managing Authority (MA) is the beneficiary of these, as follows: — checks on the project’s accounting documents included in the package and the completion of the respective checklists; — on-the-spot checks on projects during the implementation of the project or at the end of its activities, but before the final payment claim is approved. Upon approval of the final payment claim, an on-the-spot check must be carried out;- 100 % documentary check of all documentation relating to the expenditure incurred;- preparation of reports on the verification of expenditure in interim and final payment claims and on-the-spot checks;- review and approval of advance payments for projects financed under the priority axis “Technical assistance” of OPT and OPTTI, in cases where the MA is a beneficiary under them.
