Настоящият проект е насочен към създаването на условия за по-добро съвместяване на професионалния с личния живот на служителите в Община Съединение, чрез изграждането на детски кът на работното място. Проектът се изпълнява от Община Съединение. Организацията има опит в проекти и дейности със социална тематика. В този аспект, целите и дейностите, заложени в проектното предложение изразяват последователността и устойчивостта на кандидата по отношение на социалните ангажименти, към своите жители.Фокусът на проекта е съсредоточен върху създаването на детски кът, в който да пребивават децата на служителите на Община, които са на възраст до 12 г. Това ще гарантира тяхната пълноценна грижа от детегледачи/ки и близост до родителите във времето, в което няма възможност друг човек да полага грижи за тях.Дейностите по проекта допринасят за преодоляването на проблеми на целевата група на заетите родители, които проблеми са свързани с често отсъствие от работа, прекомерна заетост и липса на свободно време и др. От друга страна проектът създава предпоставки за включване в заетост на безработни лица като с това осигурява превенция от бедност, маргинализация и трайно отпадане от пазара на труда.Кандидатът предвижда да постигне основната цел на проекта чрез подход, базиран на 4 основни компонента – адаптиране и оборудване на подходящо помещение за полагане на почасови грижи за деца. (Дейност 1), подбор на безработни лица, регистрирани в ДБТ, за определяне на възможностите им за включване в заетост и/или в обучение, (Дейност 2) предоставяне на обучение на безработни лица, които имат нужда от такова (Дейност 3) и включване на безработни лица в субсидирана заетост (Дейност 4).Проектът ще се изпълни за период от 12 месеца и бюджет от 142482,98 лв. С изпълнението на проекта се очаква да се постигне изпълнение на целите на настоящата процедура. (Bulgarian)

This project aims at creating the conditions for a better reconciliation of the work and private life of employees in the Municipality of Saedinenie, through the construction of a children’s playground in the workplace. The project is implemented by the Municipality of Saunje. The organisation has experience in projects and activities with social themes. In this respect, the objectives and activities set out in the project proposal express the consistency and sustainability of the applicant with regard to the social commitments to its residents. The focus of the project is on the creation of a children’s playground in which the children of the employees of the Municipality, who are up to 12 years old, will stay. This will ensure their full care by carers/children and proximity to the parents in the time in which there is no possibility for another person to take care of them.The activities of the project contribute to overcoming problems of the target group of employed parents, which are related to frequent absence from work, overemployment and lack of leisure, etc. On the other hand, the project creates prerequisites for the employment of unemployed people, thereby ensuring prevention from poverty, marginalisation and permanent drop-out from the labour market. The applicant envisages to achieve the main objective of the project through an approach based on 4 main components — adapting and equipping an appropriate room for part-time childcare. (Activity 1), selection of unemployed persons registered with the SBT to determine their opportunities for inclusion in employment and/or training, (Action 2) providing training to unemployed persons who need it (Action 3) and inclusion of unemployed persons in subsidised employment (Action 4).The project will be implemented for a period of 12 months and a budget of BGN 142 482.98. With the implementation of the project, it is expected to achieve the objectives of this procedure. (English)
