Изпълнението на проекта дава възможност за изграждане на две нови социални услуги, в които ще се предоставя качествена грижа, съобразена с индивидуалните потребности на всеки един потребител. Реализацията на проекта ще осигури подходяща и ефективна инфраструктура, при която ще се предоставят съпътстващи услуги в общността, които ще заменят институционалния модел на грижа за деца. С изпълнението на проекта ще се гарантира осигуряване на качествена грижа за децата и младежите, както и на децата с увреждания, като се създаде социални и интегрирани здравно-социални услуги.
