Реализацията на проекта предвижда строителство на нова сграда с цел осигуряване на съвременни социални жилища за настаняване на уязвими групи от населението и други групи в неравностойно положение. Планира се сградата да бъде построена върху имот, частна общинска собственост на ул. "Владая" № 6 - ПИ с ИД 56784.525.232, който попада в кв.14 по плана на кв. „Многофункционална зона Изток“. Предвижда се РЗП от 6795 квадратни метра, която да даде възможност за обособяване на 40 едностайни, 22 двустайни, 8 тристайни и 4 четиристайни апартамента, 18 паркоместа, като и общи спомагателни помещения. The implementation of the project envisages the construction of a new building with the aim of providing modern social housing for the accommodation of vulnerable groups of the population and other disadvantaged groups. The building is planned to be built on a property owned by private municipal property on 6 Vladaya Str. — PI with ID 56784.525.232, which falls in quarter 14 according to the plan of. “Multifunctional zone East”. An area of 6795 square meters is foreseen to allow for the separation of 40 one-rooms, 22 two-rooms, 8 three-bedroom and 4 four-bedroom apartments, 18 parking spaces, as well as shared auxiliary premises.
