Проектното предложение предвижда обновяване, саниране, ремонт и въвеждане на мерки за енергийна ефективност на административна сграда, публична общинска собственост / с Акт за общинска собственост №978 от 09.06.1998 г./ и публична държавна собственост /с Акт за Държавна собственост №341 от 10.01.2001 г. /, с предназначение за делова и административна дейност. В сградата се помещават "Община Перник", "Областна администрация Перник", Териториална дирекция на Национална агенция за приходите – Перник, ''Областно управление пожарна безопасност и защита на населението - гр. Перник'', "Агенция по вписванията'', ''Регионална Дирекция Социално подпомагане - гр. Перник'', ''Министерство на Труда и Социалната политика''.Обектът се намира в гр. Перник, пл. „Св. Иван Рилски" № 1 в Зона с публични функции с висок обществен интерес, съгласно ИПГВР и се състои от петнадесет административни етажа и един/шестнадесети/ технически етаж, с разгъната застроена площ 11 410,66 кв.м, построена е през 1976 г. Проектът цели привеждане на обекта в състояние, регламентирано от действащото законодателство, изпълнявайки задължителните мерки, предписани в обследването за енергийна ефективност и техническото обследване на сградата, ведно с други дейности, които ще удължат експлоатационната й годност, ще намалят енергийното потребление и ще подобрят архитектурният й облик. The project proposal provides for the renovation, renovation, renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures for an administrative building, public municipal property (Municipal Property Act No 978 of 9 June 1998) and public state property (with State Property Act No 341 of 10 January 2001), designed for business and administrative activities. The building houses “Pernik Municipality”, “Regional Administration Pernik”, Territorial Directorate of the National Revenue Agency — Pernik, “Regional fire safety and protection of the population — Pernik”, “Registers Agency”, “Regional Social Assistance Directorate — Pernik”, “Ministry of Labour and Social Policy”. The site is located in Pernik, Pernik. “Sv. Ivan Rilski" No 1 in the Area with public functions with high public interest, according to the IHLG and consists of fifteen administrative floors and one/sixteenth/technical floor, with a total built-up area of 11 410.66 sq.m, built in 1976. The project aims to bring the site into a state regulated by the legislation in force, implementing the mandatory measures prescribed in the energy efficiency audit and technical audit of the building, together with other activities that will prolong its operational suitability, will reduce energy consumption and improve its architectural appearance.
