Фермерът е наел един имот с размер от 24,002 декара, върху който е създадена сливова овощна градина на площ от 22,000 декара. Останалите 2,002 декара поддържа във вид на угар. Младият фермер планира да увеличи размера на сливовата овощна градина, чрез засаждане на нова такава на площ от 6,000 дка през месец ноември, 2021 година, съгласно производствената програма на бизнес плана.
