CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest nabycie przez 198 UP (36K/162M) spośród 216 osób dorosłych (40K/176M) z woj.W-M kwalifikacji W ZAKRESIE KOMPUTEROWEGO WSPOMAGANIA PROJEKTOWANIA w programach Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical lub Autodesk 3ds Max, potwierdzonych MIĘDZYNARODOWYMI CERTYFIKATAMI AUTODESK od 01-04-2018 do 31-05-2019. Wnioskodawca zapewnia zgodność proponowanego wsparcia z przeprowadzoną diagnozą zapotrzebowania pracodawców na zawody deficytowe: PROJEKTANTA I ADMINISTRATORA BAZ DANYCH, PROGRAMISTY z ww. powiatów WWM, która odnosi się do założeń RPO WiS w zakresie praktycznej nauki zawodu realizowanej w ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami oraz w zakresie upowszechnienia konieczności kształcenia zawodowego przez całe życie, w stosunku do osób z WWM. Udział w szkoleniach pozwoli na ZDOBYCIE KWALIFIKACJI Z ZAKRESU ICT, na które jest największy popyt w WWM. "BAROMETR ZAWODÓW 2017" potwierdza występowanie popytu na projektanta i administratora baz danych, programisty na terenie powiatów braniewskim, piskim, działdowskim, szczycieńskim, giżyckim oraz mieście Olsztyn, który na swoim stanowisku pracy wykorzystuje programy projektowe oparte na systemie Autodesk. Szkolenia poprzedzone zostaną analizą, uwzględniającą potencjał oraz predyspozycje każdego UP, pozwalające ocenić poziom motywacji do podjęcia szkolenia oraz sprawdzić poziom umiejętności z zakresu komputerowego wspomagania projektowania. Szkolenia prowadzone będą na poziomie trudności podstawowym i profesjonalnym (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem pracodawców) z zakresu: • Szkolenia A Autodesk Inventor, • Szkolenia B AutoCAD Mechanical, • Szkolenia C Autodesk 3ds Max. Zgodnie z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla ON projekt umożliwi udział w szkoleniach ON (szkolenia dostosowane technicznie, budynki architektonicznie do ON). Szkolenia dostosowane do możliwości uczestnictwa kobiet ze względu na zdiagnozowane bariery w dostępie. (Polish)

The main purpose of the project is to acquire by 198 UP (36K/162M) out of 216 adults (40K/176M) from the voivodship W-M qualifiers in the computer PROJECTIONS IN PROJECTION in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical or Autodesk 3ds Max, confirmed by AUTODESK MEN certificates from 01-04-2018 to 31-05. The applicant shall ensure that the proposed support is consistent with the diagnosis of employers’ needs for deficit occupations: Designer AND ADMINISTRATOR BAZ DANYCH, a programmer from the above-mentioned districts of WWM, who refers to the assumptions of the RPO WiS in the field of practical vocational training carried out in close cooperation with employers and in the field of dissemination of the need for vocational training throughout life, in relation to people with WWM. Participation in the trainings will allow you to obtain a KWALIFICIATION FROM ICT, for which there is the highest demand in WWM. “ZAWODÓW 2017 barometer” confirms the existence of demand for a designer and database administrator, programmer in the districts of Braniewski, Piskie, Działdowskie, Szczętskie, Giżycki and the city of Olsztyn, who uses design programs based on the Autodesk system at its workstation. The training will be preceded by an analysis, taking into account the potential and predispositions of each UP, to assess the level of motivation to undertake the training and to check the level of skills in computer-assisted design. The training will be conducted at the level of basic and professional difficulties (in line with employers’ needs) in terms of: • Training A Autodesk Inventor, • Training B AutoCAD Mechanical, • Training C Autodesk 3ds Max. In accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including availability for ON, the project will allow you to participate in ON trainings (technically adapted trainings, architecturally adapted buildings to ON). Le demandeur veille à ce que l’aide proposée réponde au diagnostic des besoins des employeurs en matière de professions déficitaires: Concepteur ET ADMINISTRATEUR BAZ DANY, programmeur des districts susmentionnés du WWM, qui se réfère aux objectifs du WiS ROP dans le domaine de la formation professionnelle pratique menée en étroite collaboration avec les employeurs et dans le domaine de la diffusion des besoins de formation professionnelle tout au long de la vie, en ce qui concerne les personnes avec WWM. La participation aux formations vous permettra de profiter de la qualification TIC, pour laquelle il y a la plus forte demande dans WWM. «Baromètre 2017» confirme l’existence de la demande pour le concepteur et l’administrateur de bases de données, programmeur à Braniewskie, Piski, Division, Peak, Giżycki et la ville d’Olsztyn, qui utilise des programmes de conception basés sur le système Autodesk sur son poste de travail. La formation sera précédée d’une analyse, tenant compte du potentiel et de la prédisposition de chaque UP, afin d’évaluer le niveau de motivation à entreprendre la formation et de vérifier le niveau des compétences de conception assistée par ordinateur. La formation sera dispensée au niveau des difficultés de base et professionnelles (selon les besoins des employeurs) dans les domaines suivants: • Une formation Autodesk Inventor, • B AutoCAD Mechanical Training, • C Autodesk 3ds Max Formation. Conformément au principe d’égalité des chances et de non-discrimination, y compris la disponibilité pour ON, le projet vous permettra de participer à la formation ON (formation adaptée techniquement, bâtiments architecturaux à ON). Formation adaptée aux possibilités de participation des femmes en raison des obstacles identifiés à l’accès. (French)
