Всички предвидени за реализация с настоящия проект инвестиции са в съответствие с мерките за биосигурност за животновъдните обекти за отглеждане на селскостопански животни определени в Наредба № 44: -Изграждане на три броя дезинфекционни площадки, разположени на всички входове и изходи на фермата. Чрез тях ще се извършва цялостна аерозолна дезинфекция на влизащите в свинефермите автомобили, вкл. и ходовата им част, което ще намали риска от хоризонтално и вертикално пренасяне на инфекциозни болести. -Изграждане на трупосъбирателен пункт, който ще се намира на приблизитено 60 м от южната граница на имота и на приблизително 25 м от западната граница на имота. Ще се използва автомобилен транспорт за доставка на труповете на умрелите животни. "Трупосъбирателен пункт" е съоръжение, в което се събират и съхраняват трупове на животни и странични животински продукти, които са предназначени за обезвреждане.- Разтоварище - комплект със система за обеззаразяване. Разтоварището е предназначено за стоварване на зърно, предназначено за изхранване на животните и разпределянето му силози. Състои от приемна шахта, навес, шахта за елеваторна кула и машина за дезинфекция и обеззаразяване на постъпващото зърно. -Гранулираща инсталация – като допълнение към фуражна кухня част от комплекс от селскостопански сгради, представляващи свинеферма, разположена в УПИ І - за свинекомплекс и зърнобаза в квартал 118 по плана на град Дунавци. Предназначена е за производството на гранулиран фураж, чрез обработка при висока температура, което гарантира унищожението на всички патогенните микотоксини (в т.ч. и АЧС) без това да се унищожават полезните съставки. All investments foreseen for the implementation of this project are in line with the biosecurity measures for livestock holdings laid down in Regulation No 44: —Construction of three disinfection sites located at all entrances and exits of the farm. They will carry out complete aerosol disinfection of vehicles entering pig farms, including their chassis, which will reduce the risk of horizontal and vertical transmission of infectious diseases. Construction of a carcase collection point, which will be located approximately 60 m from the southern boundary of the property and approximately 25 m from the western boundary of the property. Road transport will be used to deliver dead animals’ carcasses. ‘Stacking station’ means a facility in which carcasses and animal by-products intended for disposal are collected and stored.- Landing — complete with a decontamination system. The landing is intended for the unloading of grain intended for feeding and distributing silos. It consists of a reception shaft, a shed, a shaft for an elevator tower and a machine for disinfection and decontamination of the incoming grain. —Branging installation — in addition to the forage kitchen part of a complex of agricultural buildings representing a pig farm located in UP I — for pigs complex and grain base in district 118 according to the plan of the city of Danubetsi. It is intended for the production of granulated feed by high temperature treatment which ensures the destruction of all pathogenic mycotoxins (including ASF) without destroying the beneficial ingredients. Tous les investissements prévus pour la mise en œuvre de ce projet sont conformes aux mesures de biosécurité pour les exploitations animales prévues par le règlement no 44: —Construction de trois sites de désinfection situés à toutes les entrées et sorties de la ferme. Ils procéderont à la désinfection complète des aérosols des véhicules entrant dans les élevages porcins, y compris leur châssis, ce qui réduira le risque de transmission horizontale et verticale de maladies infectieuses. Construction d’un point de collecte des carcasses, qui sera situé à environ 60 m de la limite sud de la propriété et à environ 25 m de la limite ouest de la propriété. Le transport routier sera utilisé pour livrer les carcasses d’animaux morts. «Station d’entreposage», une installation dans laquelle les carcasses et les sous-produits animaux destinés à être éliminés sont collectés et entreposés.- Débarquement — avec un système de décontamination. Le débarquement est destiné au déchargement des grains destinés à l’alimentation et à la distribution des silos. Il se compose d’un puits de réception, d’un hangar, d’un puits pour une tour d’ascenseur et d’une machine de désinfection et de décontamination du grain entrant. —Installation d’aménagement — en plus de la partie fourragère d’un complexe de bâtiments agricoles représentant une ferme porcine située à UP I — pour les porcs complexe et base de céréales dans le district 118 selon le plan de la ville de Danubetsi. Il est destiné à la production d’aliments granulés par traitement à haute température qui assure la destruction de toutes les mycotoxines pathogènes (y compris la PPA) sans détruire les ingrédients bénéfiques.
