Настоящото проектно предложение адресира проблема, свързан с ниската икономическа активност сред уязвими етнически общности в община Исперих, с акцент върху ромската общност. Особено сериозен е този проблем сред ромските жени и младежите роми. Проектът акцентира върху потребностите на тези групи от населението на общината от повишаване на информираността им относно социалните им права и относно съществуващите и предлагани социални услуги и възможности за реализация, повишаване на мотивацията и активизирането им за самоорганизация и участие в процесите на развитие на местната общност, придобиване на познания за различните институции и умения за социална ориентация и придобиване на различни типове трудови умения за налични професии в общината за повишаване на възможностите за включване в пазара на труда. Проектът е насочен към представители на ромски общности в уязвимо положение в 6 населени места от общината - град Исперих /вкл. квартал "Запад"/ и селата Вазово, Китанчево, Подайва, Бърдоква и Драгомъж. Проектното предложение предлага интегриран подход за посрещане на нуждите и включва дейности за подобряване достъпа до налични социални услуги, информиране относно социалните им права и повишаване на уменията на участниците в проекта за социална реализация. В проекта са предвидени дейности за информиране, активиране и мотивиране на участниците в проекта за активно включване в пазара на труда, дейности за придобиване на нови професионални умения и дейности за осигуряване на възможности за придобиване на трудови навици, чрез осигуряване на субсидирана заетост в различни структури на общинската администрация. This project proposal addresses the problem of low economic activity among vulnerable ethnic communities in the municipality of Isperih, with a focus on the Roma community. This problem is particularly serious among Roma women and young Roma. The project focuses on the needs of these groups of the population of the municipality to raise their awareness of their social rights and about the existing and offered social services and opportunities for realisation, increase their motivation and activation for self-organisation and participation in the processes of development of the local community, acquiring knowledge of the different institutions and skills for social orientation and acquiring different types of employment skills for available occupations in the municipality to increase the opportunities for inclusion in the labour market. The project is aimed at representatives of Roma communities in vulnerable situations in 6 settlements from the municipality — the city of Isperih (incl. Zapad district) and the villages of Vazovo, Kitanchevo, Podiva, Burdoka and Dragomez. The project proposal offers an integrated approach to meet the needs and includes activities to improve access to available social services, to inform about their social rights and to increase the skills of the participants in the social realisation project. The project provides for activities to inform, activate and motivate the participants in the project for active inclusion in the labour market, activities for acquiring new professional skills and activities to provide opportunities for acquiring working habits, by providing subsidised employment in various structures of the municipal administration.
