CEL: Wzrost kompetencji w zakresie języka angielskiego, ICT lub zarządzania projektami, w okresie 01.09.2019-30.06.2021 r., 588 osób dorosłych (324K;264M): o niskich kwalifikacjach tj. posiadających wykształcenie co najwyżej średnie -382 os. (210K;172M) i/lub w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia -206 os.(114K;92M), z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowanych podnoszeniem poziomu kompetencji i kwalifikacji, uczących się, pracujących lub zamieszkujących, w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego, nieprowadzących działalności gosp., poprzez udział w szkoleniach dostosowanych do indywidualnych potrzeb i prowadzących do nabycia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji potwierdzonych zewnętrznym egzaminem i uzyskaniem certyfikatu. ZADANIA: -Szkolenia z j. angielskiego zakończone egzaminem TGLS lub równoważnym (R) dla 288 osób, -Szkolenia ICT zakończone egzaminem ECCC lub równoważnym (R) dla 120 osób, -Szkolenia z zarządzania projektami zakończone egzaminem ITIL lub Prince 2 dla 180 osób. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Wsparcie skierowane jest do 588 osób dorosłych (324K;264M) w wieku 18 lat i więcej, w tym wyłącznie: - o niskich kwalifikacjach tj. posiadających wykształcenie co najwyżej średnie (posiadające wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3; stopień uzyskanego wykształcenia jest określany w dniu rozpoczęcia uczestnictwa w projekcie) -382 os. (210K;172M), i/lub - w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia -206 os. (114K;92M), z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowanych podnoszeniem poziomu kompetencji i kwalifikacji, uczących się, pracujących lub zamieszkujących, w rozumieniu KC na obszarze woj. warmińsko-mazurskiego, nieprowadzących działalności gospodarczej. Proj. zakłada, że co najmniej 35% uczestników będą stanowiły osoby powyżej 50 roku życia (kryt. prem.). REZULTATY: W wyniku realiz. proj. min. 30% uczestników nabędzie kwalifikacje, a min. 70% nabędzie kompetencje lub uzyska kwalifikacje z zakresu języka angielskiego, ICT lub zarządzania projektami. OBJECTIVE: Increased competence in English, ICT or project management, in the period 01.09.2019-30.06.2021, 588 adults (324K;264M): low-skilled, i.e. with at most secondary education -382 people. (210K; 172M) and/or aged over 50 years -206 persons (206K(114K;92M), on their own initiative interested in raising the level of competence and qualifications, learners, working or residing within the meaning of the CSC in the Warmia-Mazury Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship, not engaged in activities, through participation in training tailored to individual needs and leading to the acquisition of qualifications or competences confirmed by an external examination and obtaining a certificate. TASKS: —Training with English completed TGLS exam or equivalent (R) for 288 persons, -ICT training completed by ECCC or equivalent (R) for 120 persons, -Project management training completed ITIL or Prince 2 exam for 180 people. TARGET GROUP: Support is addressed to 588 adults (324K; 264M) aged 18 years and over, including only: — low-skilled, i.e. having at most secondary education (with ISCED level education); the level of education obtained shall be determined on the date of the start of participation in the project) -382 persons. (210K; 172M), and/or – aged 50 years -206 persons. (114K;92M), on its own initiative interested in raising the level of competences and qualifications, learners, working or residing, within the meaning of the KC in the Warmia-Mazury Voivodeship, not engaged in economic activity. RESULTS: As a result of the project, at least 30 % of participants will acquire qualifications, and at least 70 % will acquire competences or obtain qualifications in English, ICT or project management. (210K;172M) et/ou de plus de 50-206 personnes (114K;92M), de leur propre initiative, intéressées par l’amélioration du niveau de compétence et de qualifications, apprenants, travaillant ou vivant, au sens du CC, dans la région de Warmińsko-Mazurskie, ne menant pas d’activités commerciales, en participant à des cours de formation adaptés aux besoins individuels et conduisant à l’acquisition de qualifications ou de compétences attestées par un examen et une certification externes. TÂCHES: —Formation en anglais complétée par un examen TGLS ou équivalent (R) pour 288 personnes, -formation en TIC complétée par un ECCC ou un examen équivalent (R) pour 120 personnes, -Formation en gestion de projet complétée par un examen ITIL ou Prince 2 pour 180 personnes. GROUPE CIBLE: Le soutien s’adresse à 588 adultes (324K;264M) âgés de 18 ans et plus, y compris uniquement: — faible qualification, c’est-à-dire avoir au plus un enseignement secondaire (avec un niveau d’enseignement jusqu’à la CITE 3; le degré d’instruction obtenu est déterminé à la date de début de la participation au projet) -382 personnes. (210K; 172M), et/ou — de plus de 50-206 personnes. (114K;92M), de leur propre initiative, désireux d’améliorer le niveau de compétence et de qualification, les apprenants, travaillant ou vivant, au sens du CC, dans la province de Warmińsko-Mazurskie, qui n’exercent pas d’activité économique. Le projet suppose qu’au moins 35 % des participants auront plus de 50 ans (cry. prem.). RÉSULTATS: À la suite du projet, au moins 30 % des participants acquerront des qualifications et au moins 70 % acquerront des compétences ou des qualifications en anglais, en TIC ou en gestion de projet.
