Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej ( od dnia 30 urodzin ) pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 50 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over (from the 30th birthday) who are unemployed in the Pińcz district. The main result of the project will be the employment of 50 people registered in the PUP. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus (à partir du 30e anniversaire) qui sont au chômage dans le district de Pińczów. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 50 personnes inscrites à l’OLP pour occuper un emploi. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail.
