Идеята на проектното предложение е пряко свързана с повишаване на безопасността на движение на моторни превозни средства (МПС) в обхвата на автомагистрала „Тракия“, спазвайки последните директиви на ЕС в тази област. Внедряването на интелигентна транспортна система (ИТС) предвижда модернизирането на определени пътни съоръжения, разположени в обхвата на АМ „Тракия“ и внедряването на специфични пътни принадлежности, с цел осигуряване на максимална сигурност на движението на МПС и увеличаване на пътната безопасност. Чрез въвеждането на интелигентна транспортна система за автоматична идентификация на инциденти в тунел "Траянови врата" и използването на ИТС принадлежности се очаква да се повиши пътната безопасност и да се покрият изискванията, заложени в директива № 2004/54/ЕО на ЕС.В рамките на проекта трябва да бъде разработена и въведена в експлоатация интелигентна транспортна система в обхвата на автомагистрала „Тракия“, съдържаща различни хардуерни компоненти и централизиран софтуер за мониторинг, контрол и управление на трафика в обхвата на автомагистрала „Тракия“. Основните дейности, които се предвижда да се изпълнят са следните:- Внедряване на интелигентна система за автоматична идентификация на инциденти, управление на трафика и модернизация на тунел „Траянови врата“;- Доставка и монтаж на електронни информационни табели (Variable message signs - VMS) в различни участъци от АМ „Тракия“ с възможност за отдалечен контрол в реално време;- Доставка и монтаж на сензори за претегляне на МПС в движение (Weigh in motion - WIM);- Доставка и монтаж на камери за измерване на средна скорост и мониторинг на трафика с цялото прилежащо оборудване в определени участъци от АМ „Тракия“.Предвижда се всички дейности за изпълнение на проекта да приключат до 36 месеца от сключването на договор за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ между АПИ и УО на ОПТТИ. The idea of the project proposal is directly related to improving the road safety of motor vehicles (Vehicles) within the scope of the Trakia motorway, respecting the latest EU directives in this field. The deployment of an intelligent transport system (ITS) provides for the upgrading of certain road facilities located within the scope of the Trakia Motorway and the deployment of specific road accessories in order to ensure maximum road traffic security and increase road safety. Through the introduction of an intelligent transport system for automatic accident identification in the Trajanovi Gate tunnel and the use of ITS accessories, it is expected to improve road safety and meet the requirements set out in EU Directive 2004/54/EC.The project needs to develop and put into operation an intelligent transport system within the Trakia motorway, containing various hardware components and centralised software for monitoring, control and traffic management within the scope of the Trakia Motorway. The main activities to be implemented are the following:- Implementation of an intelligent system for automatic accident identification, traffic management and modernisation of Trayanovi Door tunnel;- Supply and installation of electronic message signs (VMS) in different sections of Trakia Motorway with the possibility of remote control in real time;- Delivery and installation of sensors for weighing vehicles in motion (WIM); delivery and installation of cameras for measuring average speed and monitoring of traffic with all adjacent equipment in certain sections of Trakia Motorway. All activities for the implementation of the project are planned to be completed within 36 months of the conclusion of a grant agreement between the AP and the MA of OPTTI. (English)
