    Głównym celem P będzie wzrost aktywności społ. i zawodowej u 40 osób (38 K, 2 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. do 02.2021 z GS. P będzie realizowany na terenie GS i obejmie wsparciem jej mieszkańców, którzy są równocześnie klientami OPS lub kwalifikują się do objęcia wsparciem z pomocy OPS. GD stanowi 40 K/M (38 K, 2 M) klientów OPS w Staszowie (są to osoby zagrożene ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami), którzy są jednocześnie bierni zawodowo lub bezrobotni. 100% GD zamieszkuje lub pracuje lub uczy się na terenie GS z obszaru WŚ w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego. Są to osoby w wieku aktywności zawod. (18 - 67 lat) z każdym wykształceniem (podstawowym, gimnaz.,zasadniczym, średnim ogólnokształcącym, policealnym średnim zawodowym i WYŻSZYM). P będzie realizowany od: 01.03.2019 do 28.02.2021. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba (DALEJ: L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 28 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 13 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 4 K/M; Liczba (DALEJ: L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 38 K/M Główne działania: poradnictwo zawod. indywid. i gr. oraz poradnictwo psychol. indywid. i gr. (100% GD), kursy zawodowe (100% GD), staże (50 % GD), porady prawne (w miarę potrzeb UP), pośrednictwo pracy (100% GD),gr.wsparcia (100%GD), realizacja kontraktów socjalnych przez prac. socjalnego, oddelegow. 3/4 etatu - WKŁAD WŁASNY PIENIĘŻNY. Kwota dofinansowania: 857.077,55 zł. Wkład własny PIENIĘŻNY: 168.061,74 zł, co stanowi więcej niż 15,00 % (16,39 %) wartości projektu.
