Праховото боядисване е най-подходящият метод за боядисване и защита на метални изделия. Методът е с доказани предимства пред мокрото боядисване. Предимствата са от функционална и естетическа гледна точка. Проектното предложение на "АЛЕСИЯ-90-СТОЯНОВИ С-ИЕ" СД е насочно към закупуване на необходимо оборудване за "Цех за прахово боядисване" в гр. Радомир, общ. Радомир. Инвестиционното предложение предвижда закупуване на оборудване за прахово боядисване на метални изделия – Кабина за прахово боядисване, транспортиращ конвейр (релсови пътища), камерна пещ за електростатично прахово боядисване, високоповдигач, Електростатичен уред за прахово боядисване, прахосмукачка. Основните дейности в цеха ще бъдат съобразени с изпълнение на стандартите и критериите за предоставяне на съответните продукти и ще бъдат насочени към подпомагане и разширяване възможностите на населението в района за повишаване стандарта на живот. Целта е задоволяване на потребности на всеки клиент, чрез изпълнението на бърза, прецизна и висококачествена поръчка. За постигане на тези цели и необходимо да се осигурят следните неща:• внедряване на високотехнологично оборудване, за да се изпълнят поръчките по най-прецизния възможен начин.• Активната комуникация с клиентите, организиране на администрация осигуряваща високи резултати в пласмента и рекламата на компанията• висококвалифициран персоналПри изпълнение на дейностите по проекта, "АЛЕСИЯ-90-СТОЯНОВИ С-ИЕ" СД ще създаде 10 нови работни места, необходими за осъществяване на дейността на цеха за прахово боядисване на метални изделия, съгласно което заявяват Приоритет 6.1 За всяко ново създадено работно място, в резултат от реализиране на инвестицията, кандидатът ще получи 3 точки, но не повече от 30. The advantages are from a functional and aesthetic point of view. The project proposal of “Alessia-90-Stoyanovi S-IE” SD is directed towards the purchase of necessary equipment for “Powder painting workshop” in Radomir municipality. It’s Radomir. The investment proposal provides for the purchase of equipment for powder coating of metal products — Dust Coating Cabinet, transporting conveyor (railways), chamber furnace for electrostatic powder coating, high lifter, Electrical powder coating appliance, vacuum cleaner. The main activities in the workshop will be tailored to meet the standards and criteria for the provision of the relevant products and will be aimed at supporting and expanding the opportunities of the population in the area to raise living standards. The goal is to meet the needs of each client through the execution of a quick, precise and high-quality order. In order to achieve these goals and need to provide the following things: • implementation of high-tech equipment in order to fulfill the orders in the most precise way possible. • Active communication with customers, organisation of an administration providing high results in the company’s sales and advertising • highly qualified personnel In the implementation of the project activities, “Alessia-90-Stoyanovi S-IE” SD will create 10 new jobs, necessary for carrying out the activity of the workshop for powder coating of metal products, according to which Priority 6.1 For each new job created as a result of the realisation of the investment, the applicant will receive 3 points, up to 30 points. La peinture en poudre est la méthode la plus appropriée pour peindre et protéger les produits métalliques. La méthode a prouvé des avantages par rapport à la peinture humide. Les avantages sont d’un point de vue fonctionnel et esthétique. La proposition de projet «Alessia-90-Stoyanovi S-IE» SD est orientée vers l’achat de l’équipement nécessaire pour «l’atelier de peinture de poudre» dans la municipalité de Radomir. C’est Radomir. La proposition d’investissement prévoit l’achat d’équipements pour le revêtement par poudre de produits métalliques — Armoire de revêtement de poussière, convoyeur de transport (voies ferrées), four de chambre pour revêtement électrostatique en poudre, ascenseur haut, appareil de revêtement en poudre électrique, aspirateur. Les principales activités de l’atelier seront conçues pour répondre aux normes et aux critères de fourniture des produits pertinents et viseront à soutenir et à élargir les possibilités offertes par la population de la région d’améliorer le niveau de vie. L’objectif est de répondre aux besoins de chaque client par l’exécution d’une commande rapide, précise et de haute qualité. Afin d’atteindre ces objectifs et de fournir les éléments suivants: • la mise en œuvre d’équipements de haute technologie afin d’exécuter les commandes de la manière la plus précise possible. • Communication active avec les clients, organisation d’une administration fournissant des résultats élevés dans les ventes et la publicité de l’entreprise • personnel hautement qualifié Dans la mise en œuvre des activités du projet, «Alessia-90-Stoyanovi S-IE» SD créera 10 nouveaux emplois, nécessaires à la réalisation de l’activité de l’atelier de revêtement par poudre de produits métalliques, selon lequel Priorité 6.1 Pour chaque nouvel emploi créé à la suite de la réalisation de l’investissement, le demandeur recevra 3 points, jusqu’à 30 points.
