"АЛАЧОВ" ЕООД осъществява дейност в с. Юруково, Община Якоруда. Фирмата развива дейност в сферата на търговия на дребно с хранителни стоки в обект "Магазин за хранителни стоки". Обектът се намира в центъра на населеното място и в близост до единственото училище. Въпреки, че приходите от продажби не са високи, естеството на стоките, които се от ежедневна необходимост, както и социално и икономическите характеристики на района обуславят сравнително постоянно ниво на приходи, което гарантира устойчива жизнеспособност на икономическата дейност.Концепцията на ръководството на фирмата за бъдещо бизнес развитие е разширяване дейността на предприятието чрез увеличаване обема и асортимента на предлаганите стоки,респективно разширяване на търговската площ чрез обособяване на допълнително помещение за продажби. Разходите за персонал представляват значителен елемент при формиране себестойността на единица продукт и възможностите, които предоставя настоящата Процедура за предоставяне на безвъзмездна помощ е стимул за работодателя за разкриване на нови работни места, което ще създаде предпоставки за развитие и увеличаване икономическата дейност на фирмата.Настоящето проектно предложение е насочено към разкриване на нови работни места чрез наемане за 12 месеца на 6 (шест) безработни и/или неактивни лица от най-уязвимите групи на пазара на труда-лица с увреждания между 30 и 54 години и с ниско образование, младежи до 29 години и лица над 54 години. С цел осигуряване на условия на труд се предвижда закупуване на работно облекло и доставка на ДМА: хладилна витрина за хранителни стоки, микробус/миниван/, система за видео наблюдение и компютърна система за регистриране на продажбите в обекта.Други основни дейности по проекта са организация и управление и дейности по информираност и публичност.Всички дейности са допустими по схемата и са съобразени по време и взаимна връзка. ALACOV Ltd. operates in the village of Yurukovo, Yakoruda Municipality. The company is active in the field of retail of grocery goods in the “Food store”. The site is located in the centre of the settlement and close to the only school. Although the revenue from sales is not high, the nature of the goods, which are of daily need, as well as the social and economic characteristics of the area, determine a relatively constant level of revenue, which ensures the sustainable viability of the economic activity. The concept of the management of the company for future business development is the expansion of the activity of the enterprise by increasing the volume and assortment of the offered goods, respectively the expansion of the sales area through the separation of an additional sales room. Personnel costs represent a significant element in the formation of the cost of a product unit and the opportunities provided by the present Grant Procedure is an incentive for the employer to create new jobs, which will create prerequisites for development and increase the economic activity of the company. This project proposal is aimed at creating new jobs by hiring for 12 months 6 (six) unemployed and/or inactive persons from the most vulnerable groups on the labour market — persons with disabilities between 30 and 54 years and with low education, young people up to 29 years and people over 54 years of age. In order to ensure working conditions, it is envisaged to purchase workwear and supply FTAs: refrigeration showcase for grocery products, minivan/, video surveillance system and computer system for recording of sales at the site. Other main activities of the project are organisation and management and awareness and publicity activities. All activities are eligible under the scheme and are tailored during time and interconnection. The costs assigned to their implementation are real and within the limits. (English)
