БИМЕТА ЕООД предвижда изграждането на база с РЗП 819,00 кв.м. в имот собственост на инвеститора. Проектът предвижда сградата да бъде разположена в югозападната част на парцела. В обемно отношение проектното предложение сградата да бъде от три части, състоящи се от производствен корпус, битова част и котелно. Във функционално отношение производствената част на сградата е решена като едноетажно еднопространствено хале,като в най-югозападната му част е обособен склад за готовата продукция. Проектът предвижда в югоизточната част на производственото хале, като самостоятелен обем долепено до халето да се изгради котелно на пелети за нуждите на базата. За обслужване работещите на територията на базата е разработена и битовата сграда, която е долепена до основното хале по неговата североизточна фасада. Проекта предвижда битовата сграда да бъде на два етажа, като на първият етаж са разположени едно битово помещение за работниците, две тоалетни с предверие/умивалня/ към тях и стая за почивка. Посредством вътрешно стълбище се достига до вторият етаж на битовата сграда, където се намира офисът на ръководителя производство и санитарен възел към него. БИМЕТА ЕООД залага на изграждането на обект, водещ до висока енергийна ефективност, с което да се намалят вредните влияния в околната среда. Проектираната за изграждане сграда с предвидената система за топлинна изолация отговаря на изискванията на чл. 4, ал. 5, т. 4 на Наредба 7 "За енергйна ефективност на сгради".Спецификата на работа напроизовдственото предприятие изисква квалифициран персонал с опит и умения в сферата на студена обработка на метали.С инвестициите по проекта кандидатът ще създаде 10 работни места, с което заявява ползване на приоритет 6.1 За всяко ново създадено работно място, в резултат от реализиране на инвестицията, кандидатът ще получи 3 точки, но не повече от 30. BIMETA Ltd. provides for the construction of a base with an area of 819.00 sq.m. in property owned by the investor. The project envisages the building to be located in the south-western part of the plot. In terms of volume, the design proposal for the building to be made of three parts consisting of a production housing, a household part and a boiler room. Functionally, the production part of the building is designed as a single-storey hall, and in the most south-western part is a separate warehouse for the finished products. In the south-eastern part of the production hall, the project envisages building a pellet boiler for the base as an independent volume attached to the hall. For service the employees on the territory of the base have also developed the household building, which is attached to the main hall along its northeast façade. The project envisages the household building to be on two floors, with one living room for workers on the first floor, two toilets with an entrance hall/meeting room/to them and a rest room. By means of an internal staircase, you can reach the second floor of the household building, where the manufacturing manager’s office and bathroom are located. BIMETA Ltd. relies on the construction of a site leading to high energy efficiency, thereby reducing the harmful effects in the environment. The building designed for construction with the planned thermal insulation system complies with the requirements of Article 4(5)(4) of Ordinance 7 “For Energy Efficiency of Buildings”. The operating specification of the manufacturing enterprise requires qualified staff with experience and skills in the field of cold metal processing.With the investment in the project, the applicant will create 10 jobs, thus requesting the use of priority 6.1 For each newly created workplace, as a result of the realisation of the investment, the applicant will receive 3 points, but not more than 30 points.
