WSZYSTKIE ELEMENTY PROJ. BĘDĄ NOWE, PODPORZĄDKOWANE FUNKCJI JAKIEJ MAJĄ SŁUŻYĆ, TJ. PRODUKCJI ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ Z OZE. W PROJ. BUDOWLANYM ZAPROJEKTOWANO ROZWIĄZANIA TECHNICZNE SPEŁNIAJĄCE WYMOGI BAT I NAJLEPSZYCH DOSTĘPNYCH TECHNIK. Okres realiz. :01.07.- 30.09.2019. Działania są zgodne z PGN dla G. Stąporków, Progr. ochrony powietrza WŚ, z Dyr.2012/27/UE, z zapisami Umowy Partn., RPOWŚ 2014-2020, SZOP. Instalacja spełnia standardy określone w Wytycznych kwalifikowania wydatków RPO. Projekt zgodny z celami szcz. osi prior. 3 – Efektywna i zielona energia i działaniem 3.1 Wytwarzanie i dystrybucja energii pochodzącej z OZE. Proj. jest zgodny z zas. horyzontalnymi UE, nie powoduje ingerencji w środowisko naturalne, zmianę klimatu, nie ma wpływu na ryzyko powodziowe. The aim of the project is to increase the ELECTRIC ENERGY ENERGY produced from the overall energy production in the region. IT’S A SAINTLY ONE. The long-term benefits of the project will be reductions in greenhouse gas emissions by building a PVF with power up to 1MWe in Wet, 1.3 km from NATURA2000. THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT. INCLUDES: construction and assembly works: construction of the Sn line, trafo station, trafo station; assembly: PV panels, constructions for PV modules, inverters, start-up of the farm; assembly: depth of switchgear, grounding and DC, AC wiring, monitoring and control system, lighting, fences, roads, cable connection SN; investor supervision, ferry and information. ALL ELEMENTS OF THE PROJECT. THEY WILL BE NEW, SUBORDINATE TO THE FUNCTIONS THEY ARE TO SERVE, I.E. PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICITY FROM RES. IT’S A PROJECT. TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS WERE DESIGNED TO MEET THE BAT REQUIREMENTS AND THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNIQUES. Period of realisation. 01.07.- 30.09.2019. The activities are compatible with PGN for G. Stąporków, WŚ Air Protection Progr., with Division 2012/27/EU, with the provisions of Partn. Agreement, RPOWŚ 2014-2020, SZOP. The installation complies with the standards set out in the ROP expenditure eligibility guidelines. The project is compatible with the objectives of the prior axis. 3 – Efficient and green energy and action 3.1 Manufacturing and distribution of RES energy. The project is consistent with the EU’s horizontal resources, does not cause environmental interference, climate change, has no impact on flood risk. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter la part d’ÉLECTRIC ÉNERGIE produite à partir de SER dans la PRODUCTION GÉNÉRALE AU WOJ. EN SWIETOKRZYSKIE. Les avantages à long terme du projet seront la réduction des émissions de gaz à effet de serre grâce à la construction d’un FARM photovoltaïque d’une capacité allant jusqu’à 1MWe à Mokra, à 1,3 km des zones NATURA2000. LA PORTÉE DU PROJET. COMPREND: travaux de construction et d’assemblage: construction de la ligne Sn, de la station de trafo, des appareils de commutation dans la station de trafo; installation: Panneaux photovoltaïques, construction pour module PV, onduleurs, mise en service agricole; installation: tableau principal, système de sol et de courant continu, câblage alternatif, système de surveillance et de contrôle, éclairage, clôture, route, connexion de câble SN; surveillance des investisseurs, ferry et information. TOUS LES ÉLÉMENTS DU PROJET. ILS SERONT NOUVEAUX, SUBORDONNÉS À LA FONCTION QU’ILS SONT DESTINÉS À SERVIR, I.E. PRODUCTION D’ÉLECTRICITÉ À PARTIR DE SER. EN PROJ. DES SOLUTIONS TECHNIQUES RÉPONDANT AUX EXIGENCES EN MATIÈRE DE MTD ET DE MTD ONT ÉTÉ CONÇUES POUR LA CONSTRUCTION. La période est mise en œuvre. 01.07.- 30.09.2019. Les activités sont conformes à PGN pour G. Stąporków, Progr. qualité de l’air WŚ, avec la directive 2012/27/UE, avec les dispositions de la partie, RPOWŚ 2014-2020, accord SZOP. L’installation répond aux normes énoncées dans les lignes directrices pour l’éligibilité des dépenses ROP. Projet conforme aux objectifs de l’Axe Prior. 3 — Energie efficace et verte et mesure 3.1 Production et distribution d’énergie renouvelable. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Anteil der aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen hergestellten ELECTRIC-ENERGIE an der GENERAL PRODUCTION IN WOJ zu erhöhen. IN SWIETOKRZYSKIE. Der langfristige Nutzen des Projekts ist die Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen durch den Bau einer Photovoltaik FARM mit einer Kapazität von bis zu 1MWe in Mokra, 1,3 km von NATURA2000 entfernt. DER UMFANG DES PROJEKTS. BEINHALTET: Bau- und Montagearbeiten: Bau der Sn-Linie, Treffo-Station, Schaltanlage in der Treffo-Station; Installation: PV-Panels, Bau für PV-Module, Wechselrichter, landwirtschaftliche Inbetriebnahme; Installation: Hauptschalttafel, Boden- und Gleichstromsystem, AC-Verdrahtung, Überwachungs- und Steuerungssystem, Beleuchtung, Zaun, Straße, SN-Kabelanschluss; Anlegeraufsicht, Fähre und Informationen. ALLE ELEMENTE DES PROJEKTS. SIE WERDEN NEU SEIN, DER FUNKTION UNTERGEORDNET, DIE SIE DIENEN SOLLEN, I.E. ERZEUGUNG VON STROM AUS ERNEUERBAREN ENERGIEQUELLEN. IN PROJ.
