Projekt polega na rozwoju prowadzonej działalności gospodarczej przez wdrożenie badań badawczo-rozwojowych, w oparciu których nastąpi wdrożenie produkcji i wprowadzenie do oferowanego asortymentu nowego, znacznie ulepszonego innowacyjnego produktu, wykorzystywanego w zasobooszczędnym budownictwie w postaci lżejszych a wydajniejszych i trwalszych elementów drewnianych. Nowy i innowacyjny produkt o ulepszonych parametrach technicznych w stosunku do produktów tradycyjnych, produkowany będzie wskutek wdrożenia innowacji poprzez modyfikację linii produkcyjnej uzupełnioną o wstępną i końcową, termiczną obróbkę materiału metodą proekologiczną, przy skomputeryzowanym procesie kontroli jakości, przy wykorzystaniu dotychczasowych odpadów przemysłowych generowanych przez przedsiębiorstwo. Projekt zakłada uruchomienie produkcji w technologii nie stosowanej obecnie w kraju, dzięki której wytworzony zostanie unowocześniony, innowacyjny na skalę europejską produkt o optymalnych i niespotykanych dotąd właściwościach technicznych. Projekt jest w pełni zgodny z Osią priorytetową 2-Konkurencyjna gospodarka RPOWŚ 2014-20, działanie:„Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP” i cel „Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP”. Wytworzony w ramach projektu produkt oraz działalność wnioskodawcy wpisuje się w katalog Inteligentnych Specjalizacji Województwa Świętokrzyskiego. Wskaźniki: Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (CI 28)[1przedsiębiorstwo], i nowych dla firmy (CI 29)[1 przedsiębiorstwo]. The project consists of the development of business activity through the implementation of research and development, on the basis of which will be the implementation of production and introduction to the offered range of new, significantly improved innovative product, used in resource efficient construction in the form of lighter and more efficient and durable wooden elements. A new and innovative product with improved technical parameters in relation to traditional products will be produced as a result of the implementation of innovations through the modification of the production line, complemented by the initial and final thermal treatment of the material by a pro-ecological method, with a computerised quality control process, using the existing industrial waste generated by the company. The project involves launching production in a technology not currently used in the country, which will produce a modernised, innovative European-scale product with optimal and unprecedented technical characteristics. The project is fully in line with the priority Axis 2-Competitive economy of RPOWS 2014-20, action: “Investment support for the SME sector” and the objective “Increased application of innovation in enterprises in the SME sector”. The product produced as part of the project and the applicant’s activities are inscribed in the catalogue of Smart Specialisations of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship. Le projet consiste à développer l’activité commerciale par la mise en œuvre de la recherche et du développement, sur la base desquels la production sera mise en œuvre et un nouveau produit innovant, considérablement amélioré, utilisé dans la construction économe en ressources sous la forme d’éléments en bois plus légers et plus efficaces et plus durables, sera introduit dans la gamme des produits proposés. Un produit nouveau et innovant avec des paramètres techniques améliorés par rapport aux produits traditionnels sera produit grâce à la mise en œuvre d’innovations par une modification de la ligne de production complétée par un traitement thermique initial et final du matériau selon la méthode environnementale, par un processus informatisé de contrôle de la qualité, en utilisant les déchets industriels existants générés par l’entreprise. Le projet implique le lancement d’une production technologique non utilisée actuellement dans le pays, grâce à laquelle un produit moderne et innovant aux caractéristiques techniques optimales et sans précédent sera produit à l’échelle européenne. Le projet est pleinement conforme à l’axe prioritaire 2-Économie compétitive RPOWŚ 2014-20, «Soutien à l’investissement dans le secteur des PME» et à l’objectif «Amélioration de l’application de l’innovation dans les PME». Le produit produit dans le cadre du projet et les activités de la requérante font partie du catalogue des spécialisations intelligentes de la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie. Das Projekt besteht in der Entwicklung der Geschäftstätigkeit durch die Durchführung von Forschung und Entwicklung, auf deren Grundlage die Produktion umgesetzt wird und ein neues, deutlich verbessertes innovatives Produkt, das im ressourceneffizienten Bau in Form von leichteren und effizienteren und langlebigeren Holzelementen eingesetzt wird, in das Angebot der angebotenen Produkte eingeführt wird. Ein neues und innovatives Produkt mit verbesserten technischen Parametern in Bezug auf traditionelle Produkte wird durch die Einführung von Innovationen durch eine Änderung der Produktionslinie hergestellt, die durch die anfängliche und abschließende thermische Behandlung des Materials nach der Umweltmethode ergänzt wird, wobei ein computergestütztes Qualitätskontrollverfahren unter Verwendung bestehender industrieller Abfälle des Unternehmens verwendet wird. Das Projekt beinhaltet die Einführung der Produktion von Technologien, die derzeit nicht im Land eingesetzt werden, wodurch ein modernes, innovatives Produkt mit optimalen und beispiellosen technischen Eigenschaften auf europäischer Ebene hergestellt wird. Das Projekt steht voll und ganz im Einklang mit der Prioritätsachse 2-Wettbewerbswirtschaft RPOWŚ 2014-20, „Investitionsförderung für den KMU-Sektor“ und dem Ziel „Verstärkte Anwendung von Innovation in KMU“. Das im Rahmen des Projekts hergestellte Produkt und die Tätigkeiten des Antragstellers sind Teil des Katalogs der intelligenten Spezialisierungen der Woiwodschaft Świętokrzyskie.
