Projekt będzie realizowany od 1.11.2017 do 30.12.2018 przez mikroprzedsiębiorstwo. Zakłada wprowadzanie zmian produktowych i procesowych o charakterze innowacyjnym oraz uzupełniająco zmian organizacyjnych. Wsparcie i dotacje otrzyma jedna firma dzięki czemu wprowadzone zostaną do oferty dwa całkowicie nowe produkty: nowoczesne lustra podświetlane LED i zdobione pakiety szyb termoizolacyjnych . Wsparte zostanie jedno przedsiębiorstwo wprowadzające nowość zarówno dla firmy jak i nowość na rynku. Aby zrealizować cel niezbędny będzie zakup 7 urządzeń. Będą to bardzo nowoczesne urządzenia wprowadzające 3 innowacje procesowe. Dwa z nich - krawędziarka do szkła i fazeciarka będą pierwszymi takimi maszynami w kraju, oferowanymi na świecie od 2015 roku. Kompresor i grawerka laserowa będzie urządzeniem używanym na świecie nie dłużej niż 3 lata. Dodatkowo zakupione zostaną: termoformierka, ploter frezujący oraz automat do piaskowania. Realizując inwestycje zwrócimy uwagę na aspekty ekologiczne, przejawem których będzie ekologiczny energooszczędny produkt oraz ekologiczne maszyny. Projekt spójny będzie ze specjalizacją "Zasobooszczędne budownictwo" zgodnie z Uszczególnieniem Inteligentnych Specjalizacji Województwa Świętokrzyskiego. Aby zrealizować projekt niezbędne będzie zatrudnienie dodatkowych 5 pracowników (4 mężczyzn i 1 kobiety). Dzięki realizacji projektu o 45% wzrośnie eksport firmy. Zwiększą się przychody związane ze sprzedażą nowo wprowadzonych produktów. Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw wyniosą 959700 zł. (Polish)

It assumes the introduction of product and process changes of an innovative nature and complementing organizational changes. One company will receive support and grants, thanks to which two completely new products will be included in the offer: modern LED backlit mirrors and decorated packages of thermal insulation windows. A single company that introduces new products for both the company and the novelty on the market will be supported. In order to achieve the goal, it will be necessary to purchase 7 devices. These will be very modern devices introducing 3 process innovations. Two of them – a glass edger and a phaser will be the first such machines in the country to be offered in the world since 2015. The compressor and laser engraving will be a device used in the world no longer than 3 years. In addition, the following will be purchased: thermoformer, milling plotter and sandblasting machine. When making investments, we will pay attention to the ecological aspects of which will be an eco-efficient product and ecological machinery. The project will be consistent with the specialisation of “resource efficient construction” according to the Specialisation of Intelligent Specialisations of Świętokrzyskie Voivodship. An additional 5 workers (4 men and 1 women) will need to be recruited to implement the project. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the company’s exports will increase by 45 %. Revenues related to the sale of newly introduced products will increase. Private investments complementing public support for enterprises will amount to PLN 959700. (English)

Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er novembre 2017 au 30 décembre 2018 par une micro-entreprise. Elle présuppose l’introduction de changements de produits et de procédés de nature innovante et en plus de changements organisationnels. Une entreprise recevra un soutien et des subventions pour offrir deux produits complètement nouveaux: miroirs rétroéclairés LED modernes et paquets de verre d’isolation thermique décorés. Une entreprise présentant une nouveauté pour l’entreprise et le nouveau marché sera soutenue. Afin d’atteindre l’objectif, il sera nécessaire d’acheter 7 appareils. Ce seront des dispositifs très modernes introduisant 3 innovations de processus. Deux d’entre eux — un coupe-verre et un phaseur seront les premières machines de ce type dans le pays, offertes dans le monde entier depuis 2015. Le compresseur et la machine à graver au laser seront un dispositif utilisé dans le monde pendant 3 ans maximum. En outre, ils seront achetés: thermoformateur, traceur de fraisage et sablage. Lors de la mise en œuvre des investissements, nous prêterons attention aux aspects écologiques, qui seront un produit éco-efficace et des machines respectueuses de l’environnement. Le projet sera conforme à la spécialisation de la «construction efficace des ressources» conformément à la spécialisation de spécialisation intelligente de la voïvodie de Świętokrzyskie. Cinq employés supplémentaires (4 hommes et 1 femme) seront nécessaires pour mettre en œuvre le projet. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les exportations de l’entreprise augmenteront de 45 %. Sie setzt die Einführung von Produkt- und Prozessänderungen innovativer Art und zusätzlich zu organisatorischen Veränderungen voraus. Ein Unternehmen wird Unterstützung und Zuschüsse erhalten, um zwei völlig neue Produkte anzubieten: moderne LED-Rücklichtspiegel und dekorierte Wärmedämmglas-Pakete. Ein Unternehmen, das sowohl für das Unternehmen als auch für den neuen Markt eine Neuheit einführt, wird unterstützt. Um das Ziel zu erreichen, wird es notwendig sein, 7 Geräte zu kaufen. Dies werden sehr moderne Geräte sein, die 3 Prozessinnovationen einführen. Zwei davon – ein Glasschneider und ein Phaser werden die ersten solchen Maschinen im Land sein, die seit 2015 weltweit angeboten werden.
