Projekt polega na rozszerzeniu działalności o nowe usługi polegające na obróbce elementów metalowych poprzez toczenie, frezowanie, wiercenie i szlifowanie celem funkcji użytkowych lub przywrócenia im tych funkcji. W ramach projektu zostaną zakupione nowoczesne urządzenia, służące do obróbki metali, w tym zużytych podzespołów mechanicznych, której efektem będzie regeneracja obrabianych części i umożliwienie ponownego ich użycia. W ramach projektu planuje się wyposażyć istniejący zakład w urządzenia, zgodnie z zaplanowanymi zadaniami i harmonogramem: Zad 1. Zakup nowoczesnych i precyzyjnych urządzeń do obróbki uszkodzonych głowic silników spalinowych-realizacja I kw 2018; Zad.2 Zakup nowoczesnych i precyzyjnych urządzeń do alternatorów i rozruszników-I kw 2018, Zad 3. Urządzenia do turbosprężarek- I kw 2018; Zad 4. Urządzenia do wtrysków Common Rail-Ikw 2018, Zad 5 Urządzenia do naprawy i regeneracji zużytych pomp wtryskowych-Ikw 2018; Zad 6 Promocja; Zad 7. Wdrożenie innowacji nie technologicznej. Dzięki projektowi możliwe będzie wykonywanie precyzyjniej obróbki zużytych elementów metalowych, które z uwagi na uszkodzenia trafiłyby na złom. Dzięki projektowi elementy te odzyskają swoje właściwości i ponownie będą wykorzystywane do celów własnych w prowadzonej działalności gosp. oraz na zlecenie podmiotów zewnętrznych. Projekt wpłynie korzystnie na rozwój firmy gdyż dzięki samodzielnej regeneracji części, naprawa pojazdu będzie szybsza i tańsza co przyciągnie nowych klientów. Projekt pozytywnie wpływa na środowisko, dzięki niemu ponownie wykorzystane zostaną stare, zużyte części mechaniczne i ograniczy się ilość odpadów. Dzięki zastosowaniu tych samych części zmniejszy się ich produkcja i emisja substancji szkodliwych z tym związana. The project plans to equip an existing plant with facilities, in accordance with the planned tasks and schedule: The ass of 1. Purchase of modern and precise equipment for the treatment of damaged internal combustion engine heads-implementation I kw 2018; Zad.2 Purchase of modern and precise equipment for alternators and starters-I kw 2018, Zad 3. Turbochargers equipment- I kw 2018; The ass of 4. Common Rail-IKW 2018 injection systems, Repair and regeneration equipment for used injection pumps-IKW 2018; Zad 6 Promotion; The ass of 7. Implement innovation not technologically. Thanks to the design, it will be possible to perform precise machining of used metal elements, which would be damaged by scrap metal. Thanks to the project, these elements will regain their properties and will be used again for their own purposes in their business operations and at the request of third parties. The project will positively affect the company’s development as thanks to self-regeneration of parts, the repair of the vehicle will be faster and cheaper, which will attract new customers. The project has a positive impact on the environment, thanks to it the old used mechanical parts will be reused and the amount of waste will be limited. By using the same parts, their production and emissions of harmful substances will be reduced. Le projet consiste à étendre ses activités à de nouveaux services d’usinage de pièces métalliques par tournage, fraisage, perçage et meulage en vue de la restauration ou de la restauration de fonctions fonctionnelles.
