Projekt opracowano na podstawie diagnozy oraz Kompleksowego Programu Wspomagającego Katolickiej Szkoły Podstawowej w Czechowicach-Dziedzicach w procesie indywidualizacji pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz wsparcia ucznia młodszego. Grupa docelowa projektu to 74 uczniów i uczennic (39 K i 35 M). W ramach projektu w szkole zaplanowano zajęcia z matematyki, języków: angielskiego, niemieckiego, francuskiego, przyrody, informatyki i chemii. Przeprowadzone zostaną również zajęcia logopedyczne oraz dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze dla uczniów mających trudności w spełnianiu wymagań edukacyjnych wynikających z podstawy programowej kształcenia ogólnego. Zakupiony zostanie sprzęt TIK oraz pomoce dydaktyczne. Zaplanowano szkolenia dla 10 (8K, 2M) nauczycieli. Dzięki realizacji projektu uczniowie i uczennice nabędą kompetencje niezbędne na rynku pracy. The project was developed on the basis of diagnosis and the Comprehensive Programme to assist the Catholic Primary School in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the process of individualisation of work with a pupil with special educational needs and support of the younger student. The target group of the project is 74 pupils and students (39 K and 35 M). As part of the project, classes in mathematics and languages are planned at the school: English, German, French, nature, computer science and chemistry. Speech and teaching and equanimity classes will also be conducted for pupils with difficulties in meeting the educational requirements arising from the curriculum basis of general education. ICT equipment and teaching aids will be purchased. Trainings for 10 (8K, 2M) teachers are planned. Thanks to the implementation of the project, pupils and students will acquire the necessary competences on the labour market. (English)

Le projet a été élaboré sur la base du diagnostic et du programme global d’appui à l’école primaire catholique de Tchécoslovaquie-Dziedzice dans le processus d’individualisation du travail avec un étudiant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux et un soutien pour un jeune étudiant. Le groupe cible du projet est de 74 étudiants (39 K et 35 M). Dans le cadre du projet, l’école a prévu des cours de mathématiques, de langues: Anglais, allemand, français, nature, informatique et chimie. Des thérapies vocales et des cours didactiques et de péréquation seront également organisés à l’intention des élèves qui éprouvent des difficultés à satisfaire aux exigences éducatives du programme d’enseignement général. Du matériel informatique et du matériel didactique seront achetés. Une formation est prévue pour 10 enseignants (8K, 2M). Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, les étudiants et les étudiants acquerront les compétences nécessaires sur le marché du travail. (French)

Das Projekt wurde auf der Grundlage der Diagnose und des umfassenden Programms zur Unterstützung der Katholischen Grundschule in Tschechischowice-Dziedzice im Prozess der Individualisierung der Arbeit mit einem Schüler mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen und Unterstützung für einen jüngeren Schüler entwickelt. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 74 Studierende (39 K und 35 M). Im Rahmen des Projekts hat die Schule Kurse in Mathematik, Sprachen geplant: Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch, Natur, Informatik und Chemie. Sprachtherapien und Didaktik- und Gleichstellungsklassen werden auch für Studierende durchgeführt, die Schwierigkeiten haben, die pädagogischen Anforderungen des allgemeinen Lehrplans zu erfüllen. IKT-Ausstattung und Lehrmittel werden gekauft. Die Ausbildung ist für 10 (8K, 2M) Lehrer geplant. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts erwerben Studierende und Studierende die notwendigen Kompetenzen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. (German)
