Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego na podwoziu z napędem 6 x 6 oraz dodatkowego wyposażenia tj. zestawu narzędzi ratownictwa drogowego (pilarka do betonu i drewna,agregat prądotwórczy, radiotelefony oraz wentylator), aparatów powietrznych dla OSP w Niegowonicach. OSP w Niegowonicach należny do Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo-Gaśniczego od 27.03.2000r. Zakup nowego ciężkiego wozu bojowego i niezbędnego wyposażenia wraz z osprzętem pożarniczym wpłynie na zwiększenie potencjału technicznego jednostek wchodzących w skład KSRG. Zgodnie z aktualnymi wytycznymi KSRG wóz w czynnej służbie nie powinien być starszy niż 30 lat. Obecnie eksploatowany wóz bojowy to 34-letni samochód marki Jelcz 315. Oznacza to, że OSP w Niegowonicach posiada wóz bojowy nie spełniający obowiązujących wytycznych i zaleceń. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the purchase of a heavy rescue and fire-extinguishing car on a chassis with 6 x 6 drive and additional equipment, i.e. a set of road rescue tools (concrete and wood saw, generator generator, radio telephones and fan), aerial apparatus for OSP in Nimwonica. OSP in Niegowonica, owned by the National Rescue and Firefighting System since 27.03.2000. The purchase of a new heavy combat vehicle and the necessary equipment together with fire-fighting equipment will increase the technical capacity of the CSRG units. According to the current guidelines of the CRSG, a vehicle in service should not be older than 30 years. The currently used combat vehicle is a 34-year-old Jelcz 315 car. This means that the TSO in Nimwonica has a combat vehicle that does not comply with existing guidelines and recommendations. (English)

L’objet du projet est l’achat d’un véhicule lourd de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie sur un châssis 6 x 6 roues motrices et des équipements supplémentaires, c’est-à-dire un ensemble d’outils de sauvetage routier (sciage en béton et bois, générateur, radios et ventilateur), des équipements aériens pour les GRT à Niegowonice. Le GRT de Niegowonice appartenait au National Rescue and Fire Extinguishing System depuis le 27 mars 2000. L’achat de véhicules de combat lourds neufs et d’équipements nécessaires ainsi que de matériel d’incendie augmentera la capacité technique des unités incluses dans le KSRG. Selon les lignes directrices actuelles de la KSRG, le véhicule de service actif ne doit pas avoir plus de 30 ans. La voiture de combat actuellement exploitée est une Jelcz 315 vieille de 34 ans. Cela signifie que le GRT de Niegowonice dispose d’un véhicule de combat qui ne respecte pas les lignes directrices et recommandations applicables. (French)

Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Kauf eines schweren Rettungs- und Brandbekämpfungsfahrzeugs auf einem 6 x 6-Antriebsfahrgestell und zusätzlicher Ausrüstung, d. h. einer Reihe von Straßenrettungswerkzeugen (Beton- und Holzsäge, Generator, Radio und Ventilator), Luftausrüstung für ÜNB in Niegowonice. Der ÜNB in Niegowonice gehörte seit dem 27. März 2000 zum National Rescue and Fire Extinguishing System. Der Kauf von neuen schweren Kampffahrzeugen und notwendigen Ausrüstungen zusammen mit Brandausrüstung wird die technische Kapazität der in der KSRG enthaltenen Einheiten erhöhen. Gemäß den aktuellen KSRG-Richtlinien sollte das aktive Dienstfahrzeug nicht älter als 30 Jahre sein. Der derzeit betriebene Kampfwagen ist ein 34-jähriges Jelcz 315 Auto. Das bedeutet, dass der ÜNB in Niegowonice über ein Kampffahrzeug verfügt, das den geltenden Richtlinien und Empfehlungen nicht entspricht. (German)
