Termin realizacji: 01.07.2017r. – 31.12.2017r. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnej poprzez zakup środków trwałych oraz oprogramowania pozwalającego na automatyzację oraz optymalizację procesów biznesowych Wnioskodawcy. Zaplanowana do realizacji inwestycja prowadzi do zastosowania rozwiązań technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych wpisujących się w model b2e oraz b2c. Docelowym odbiorcom projektu będą zarówno obecni, jak i przyszli klienci firmy (zainteresowani zakupem maszyn przeładunkowych, budowlanych, rozdrabniaczy i/lub usługą serwisową), a także jej pracownicy. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca osiągnie wskaźniki rezultatu bezpośredniego: -wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przed.:1 os., -liczba przeds. prowadzących dział. gosp. z wykorzystaniem technologii inf.-kom.: 1 szt. Dodatkowo firma osiągnie takie rezultaty jak: automatyzacja i optymalizacja procesów biznesowych, wzrost jakości i efektywności świadczonych usług. (Polish)

Deadline for completion: 01.07.2017r. — 31.12.2017 The main objective of the project is to implement information and communication technology through the purchase of fixed assets and software allowing for automation and optimisation of the applicant’s business processes. The planned investment leads to the use of information and communication technologies that fit in with the b2e and b2c models. The target recipients of the project will be both present and future customers of the company (interested in the purchase of transhipment machines, construction machines, crushers and/or service service), as well as its employees. As a result of the project, the applicant will achieve direct result indicators: —employment growth in the supported pre-:1 people, -number of heads of the department using inf.-com technologies: 1 pcs In addition, the company will achieve such results as: automation and optimisation of business processes, increase the quality and efficiency of the services provided. Date limite de mise en œuvre: 01.07.2017 — 31.12.2017 L’objectif principal du projet est la mise en œuvre des technologies de l’information et de la communication par l’achat d’actifs fixes et de logiciels permettant l’automatisation et l’optimisation des processus opérationnels de la requérante. L’investissement prévu conduit à l’utilisation de solutions TIC qui s’intègrent aux modèles b2e et b2c. Les bénéficiaires cibles du projet seront à la fois les clients présents et futurs de l’entreprise (intéressés à l’achat de machines de transbordement, de machines de construction, de broyeurs et/ou de services), ainsi que ses employés. À la suite du projet, la requérante réalisera des indicateurs de résultats directs: —augmentation de l’emploi dans les pré-soutien:1 per., -nombre de gestionnaires du département gosp. utilisant la technologie inf.-com: 1 pcs. En outre, l’entreprise obtiendra des résultats tels que: automatisation et optimisation des processus métier, amélioration de la qualité et de l’efficacité des services. (French)
