Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału społecznego i zawodowego 67 osób z lokalnych społeczności objętych procesami rewitalizacyjnymi w Mieście Mysłowice zgodnie z LPR w oparciu o działalność 3 PAL-i, uwzględniające specyfikę terytorium i zamieszkujących je społeczności z uwzględnieniem działań opartych o samopomoc i wolontariat, środowiskowych, prozatrudnieniowych, edukacyjnych w czasie trwania projektu.
