Projekt skierowany do 30 kobiet niepełnosprawnych w stopniu umiarkowanym i znacznym, niepracujących z powiatów Gdynia, powiat pucki, wejherowski i kartuski. W przypadku kobiet bezrobotnych – dla zakwalif. do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ust. z dnia 20.04.2004 r. o promocji zatrudn. i instyt. rynku pracy; - zastosowane w pierwszej kolejności będą instrumenty aktywnej integracji o charakterze społ. W przypadku zakwalifik. do projektu kobiet bezrobotnych zakwalifik.do I i II profilu pomocy wsparcie dla nich nie będzie mieć charakteru aktywizacji zaw. W celu aktywizacji społeczno–zawodowej ww. grupy docelowej wsparciem z zakresu aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym objęto również ich najbliższe otoczenie. Okres realizacji projektu: marzec -grudzień 2017. Celem projektu jest w ciągu 10 m-cy wzrost aktywizacji społeczno – zawodowej niepełnosprawnych kobiet z ww. powiatów. Cele szczegółowe: 1. Wzrost wiedzy i umiejętn. 30 K w obszarze autoprezentacji, technik i metod skutecznego poszukiwania pracy, radzenia ze stresem, zdrowego trybu życia oraz sytuacji lokal. rynku pracy. 2. Wzmocnienie motywacji do zmiany sytuacji społ.-zawod. 30 K 3. Podniesienie kwalifik.zawod. 12K potwierdzonych uzyskaniem dyplomów, certyfikatów; 4.Nabycie doświad. zawod. przez 11uczestniczek. 5. Uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez minimum 22% UP w term.do 3 miesięcy po ukończ.udziału w pr. 6. Wzmocnienie właściwej postawy osób z otoczenia wobec osób niepełnosprawnych 7. Postęp w procesie aktywizacji społ.-zaw.i zmniejszenie dystansu do zatrudnienia bądź udział w dalszej aktywizacji społecznej, społeczno –zawodowej lub zawodowej przez min. 56% UP w terminie do 3 m-cy od zakończenia udziału ucz. w projekcie. Zadania: 1. Preselekcja i Indywidualna Ścieżka Rozwoju 2. Aktywizacja społeczna - wsparcie grupowe 3. Aktywizacja społeczna - wsparcie indywidualne 4. Szkolenia i kursy zawodowe 5. The project is addressed to 30 women with moderate and significant disabilities, who do not work from the districts of Gdynia, Pucki, Wejherowski and Kartuski districts. In the case of unemployed women, for qualifiers to the third aid profile in accordance with paragraph 20.04.2004 on employment promotion and labour market institutions; — first of all, active inclusion instruments of a social nature will be used. In case of qualifying for the project of unemployed women qualified to the I and II profiles of the aid, support for them will not be the character of activation in advance. In order to activate the socio-occupational group, support for active social inclusion was also covered by their immediate surroundings. Period of implementation of the project: March – December 2017. The aim of the project is to increase socio-professional activation of disabled women from the above-mentioned powiats within 10 months. Specific objectives: 1. An increase in knowledge and skills. 30 K in the area of self-presentation, techniques and methods of effective job search, stress management, healthy lifestyle and the situation of the local labour market. 2. Strengthening the motivation to change the situation of the community-professional. 30 K 3. Raising the qualifier. 12K certified by diplomas, certificates; 4. Acquisition of professional experience by 11 participants. 5. Obtaining employment by a minimum of 22 % UP in the term up to 3 months after completion of the participation in pr. 6. Strengthening the right attitude of people in the environment towards people with disabilities 7. Progress in the process of social activation and reducing the distance to employment or participation in further social, socio-professional or professional activation by at least 56 % of the Polish University within 3 months of the end of the participation of students in the project. Projet destiné à 30 femmes souffrant de handicaps modérés et importants, qui ne travaillent pas dans les districts de Gdynia, Pucki, Wejherowski et Kartuski. Dans le cas des femmes sans emploi, pour les entrantes au troisième profil d’assistance conformément au paragraphe du 20.04.2004 relatif à la promotion du marché du travail et à l’incitation au marché du travail; — la priorité sera donnée aux instruments d’inclusion active de nature sociale. En cas d’éligibilité au projet de femmes au chômage éligibles aux premier et deuxième profils d’aide, l’aide à ces femmes n’aura pas le caractère d’activation des dispositions. Afin d’activer l’activité socioprofessionnelle du groupe cible, le soutien à l’inclusion sociale active a également été étendu à leur environnement immédiat. Durée du projet: Mars — décembre 2017. L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître l’activation sociale et professionnelle des femmes handicapées des districts susmentionnés dans un délai de 10 mois. Objectifs spécifiques: 1. Amélioration des connaissances et des compétences. Dans le domaine de l’auto-présentation, des techniques et des méthodes de recherche d’emploi efficace, de la gestion du stress, d’un mode de vie sain et de la situation des locaux. 2. Renforcer la motivation à changer la situation de la société à la profession. 30 K 3. Élever des qualificatifs. 12K attestées par l’obtention de diplômes, certificats; 4. Acquisition. Profession par 11 participants. 5. Obtenir un emploi pour un minimum de 22 % de UP dans la période. 3 mois après avoir terminé. 6. Renforcer l’attitude appropriée des personnes de l’environnement vis-à-vis des personnes handicapées 7. Progrès dans le processus d’activation sociale et réduction de la distance par rapport à l’emploi ou à la participation à d’autres activités sociales, socioprofessionnelles ou professionnelles d’au moins 56 % de l’UP dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la fin de la participation au projet.
