Projekt skierowany jest do 178 osób [114K, 64M] zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, zamieszkujących na terenie powiatu puckiego (59 osób) oraz powiatu wejherowskiego (119 osób). W ramach projektu zostaną doposażone i rozszerzą swoją działalność Centra Integracji Społecznej w Wejherowie i w Pucku. W Centrach będzie prowadzona działalność prowadząca do aktywizacji społeczno-zawodowej osób, które bez dodatkowego wsparcia otrzymanego z zewnątrz mają najmniejsze szanse na poradzenie sobie ze swoimi problemami. Beneficjenci zostaną objęci kompleksowym i zindywidualizowanym wsparciem w zakresie aktywizacji społecznej (doradztwo psychologiczne i zawodowe, warsztaty grupowe, wsparcie specjalistów i asystenta rodziny), zawodowej (udział w grupach roboczych, kurs zawodowy, staż u pracodawcy, pośrednictwo pracy). Wsparciem zostaną objęte także rodziny osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie co najmniej 22% w odniesieniu do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie oraz na poziomie 12% w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi, 30% wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej, 34% wskaźnika efektywności społecznej. Dodatkowo minimum 40% uczestników uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe. Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie z PUP w Wejherowie i Pucku i MOPS w Wejherowie. (Polish)

The project is aimed at 178 people [114K, 64M] at risk of poverty or social exclusion, living in the Puck district (59 people) and the Wejherowski county (119 people). As part of the project, they will be retrofitting and expanding their activities of Social Integration Centres in Wejherowo and Puck. The Centres will carry out activities leading to socio-occupational activation of people who, without additional support received from outside, have the least chance of dealing with their problems. The beneficiaries will be covered by comprehensive and personalised support in the field of social activation (psychological and professional advice, group workshops, support of specialists and family assistant), professional (participation in working groups, vocational course, internship with the employer, job mediation). Families of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion will also be supported. The project will result in an employment efficiency of at least 22 % for those at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported in the programme and at 12 % for people with severe disabilities, persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with coupled disabilities, 30 % employment efficiency ratio, 34 % social efficiency ratio. In addition, at least 40 % of participants will receive professional qualifications. The project will be implemented in partnership with PUP in Wejherowo and Puck and MOPS in Wejherowo. (English)

Le projet s’adresse à 178 personnes [114K, 64 millions] menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, vivant dans le district de Puck (59 personnes) et dans le district de Wejherowski (119 personnes). Dans le cadre du projet, ils seront modernisés et développeront leurs activités des Centres d’Intégration Sociale de Wejherowo et Puck. Dans les centres, il y aura des activités conduisant à l’activation socioprofessionnelle de personnes qui, sans soutien supplémentaire reçu de l’extérieur, ont le moins de chances de faire face à leurs problèmes. Les bénéficiaires bénéficieront d’un soutien complet et individualisé dans le domaine de l’activation sociale (orientation psychologique et professionnelle, ateliers de groupe, soutien des spécialistes et de l’assistant familial), professionnel (participation à des groupes de travail, cours professionnel, stage auprès de l’employeur, placement professionnel). Les familles de personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale bénéficieront également d’un soutien. Le projet permettra d’obtenir une efficacité en matière d’emploi d’au moins 22 % pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale soutenues dans le cadre du programme et de 12 % pour les personnes gravement handicapées, les personnes ayant des déficiences intellectuelles et les personnes handicapées associées, le taux de performance en matière d’emploi de 30 % et l’indicateur de performance sociale de 34 %. Das Projekt richtet sich an 178 Menschen [114K, 64M], die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind und im Bezirk Puck (59 Personen) und im Landkreis Wejherowski (119 Personen) leben. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden sie nachgerüstet und ihre Aktivitäten der Sozialen Integrationszentren in Wejherowo und Puck erweitert. In den Zentren wird es Aktivitäten geben, die zur sozioprofessionellen Aktivierung von Menschen führen, die ohne zusätzliche Unterstützung von außen die geringste Chance haben, sich mit ihren Problemen zu befassen. Die Begünstigten erhalten umfassende und individualisierte Unterstützung im Bereich der sozialen Aktivierung (psychologische und berufliche Beratung, Gruppenworkshops, Unterstützung von Spezialisten und Familienassistenten), professioneller (Beteiligung an Arbeitsgruppen, Berufskurs, Praktikum beim Arbeitgeber, Stellenvermittlung). Familien von Menschen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, werden ebenfalls unterstützt. Das Projekt wird zu einer Beschäftigungseffizienz von mindestens 22 % für im Programm unterstützte Personen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, und 12 % für Menschen mit schweren Behinderungen, Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen und Menschen mit damit verbundenen Behinderungen, 30 % Beschäftigungsleistungsquote und 34 % Sozialleistungsindikator führen.
