Projekt realizowany w okresie od grudnia 2016 do końca czerwca 2019, w partnerstwie organizacji pozarządowych oraz instytucji rynku pracy i instytucji pomocowych: Fundacja Pozytywne Inicjatywy (FPI), Fundacja Centrum Integracji Społecznej (FCIS), Puckie Hospicjum pw. św. Ojca Pio (HOP), Fundacja Forum Aktywności Obywatelskie (FAO), Stowarzyszenie „Aktywny Puck” (SAP) oraz Powiat Pucki (PP), poprzez swoją jednostkę organizacyjną – Powiatowy Urząd Pracy (PUP). Wsparciem zostaną objęte 154 osoby dotknięte lub zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym 15% osób niepełnosprawnych (ON), a także ich rodziny, w szczególności osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia oraz osoby niepełnosprawne z terenu powiatu puckiego. Celem projektu jest wzrost zatrudnienia członków grupy docelowej poprzez działania z zakresu integracji społecznej i zawodowej realizowane w ramach następujących zadań: 1. Integracja o charakterze społecznym, 2. Integracja o charakterze zawodowym, 3. Staże zawodowe. Działania projektowe pozwolą na osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 80% (w tym efektywność zatrudnieniowa wyniesie 30% - pomiar dotyczy wyłącznie osób pozostających bez pracy) oraz wskaźnika rezultatu długoterminowego – 46 osób z grupy docelowej będzie pracowało w okresie 6 miesięcy od momentu zakończenia przez nich uczestnictwa w projekcie. Indywidualna Ścieżka Reintegracji i wsparcie uczestników nie będą się powielały ze wsparciem w ramach innych projektów dofinansowanych w ramach Osi Priorytetowej 6. (Polish)

Project implemented in the period from December 2016 to the end of June 2019, in partnership of non-governmental organisations and labour market institutions and aid institutions: Foundation Positive Initiatives (FPI), Foundation for Social Integration Centre (FCIS), Puck Hospice St. Father Pio (HOP), Foundation for Citizens’ Activity Forum (FAO), Association “Active Puck” (SAP) and Puck County (PP), through its organizational unit – Poviat Labour Office (PUP). 154 people affected or at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be supported, including 15 % of people with disabilities (ON) and their families, in particular those who are unemployed and disabled from Puck County. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of members of the target group through social and professional integration activities carried out within the following tasks: 1. Social integration, 2. Integration of a professional nature, 3. Apprenticeships. The project activities will achieve a socio-employment efficiency ratio of 80 % (including employment efficiency of 30 % – the measurement applies only to the unemployed) and the long-term result index – 46 people from the target group will work within 6 months from the end of their participation in the project. Individual Reintegration Path and Participants’ support will not be duplicated with support from other projects co-financed under Priority Axis 6. (English)

Projet mis en œuvre entre décembre 2016 et fin juin 2019, en partenariat avec des ONG, des institutions du marché du travail et des institutions d’aide: Positive Initiative Foundation (FPI), Centre for Social Integration Foundation (FCIS), Puck St. Hospice Père Pio (HOP), Foundation Forum Civic Activity (FAO), Association «Active Puck» (SAP) et Powiat Pucki (PP), par l’intermédiaire de son unité organisationnelle — Bureau du travail de district (PUP). 154 personnes touchées ou menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 15 % des personnes handicapées (ON), ainsi que leurs familles, en particulier celles qui sont sans emploi et les personnes handicapées du district de Puck, bénéficieront d’un soutien. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’emploi des membres du groupe cible grâce à des activités d’insertion sociale et professionnelle menées dans le cadre des tâches suivantes: 1. Intégration sociale, 2. Intégration professionnelle, 3. Des stages. Les activités du projet permettront d’atteindre l’indicateur de performance socio-emploi de 80 % (y compris l’efficacité de l’emploi de 30 % — la mesure ne s’applique qu’aux chômeurs) et l’indicateur de résultat à long terme — 46 personnes du groupe cible travailleront dans les 6 mois suivant la fin de leur participation au projet. La voie individuelle de réintégration et le soutien des participants ne seront pas dupliqués avec le soutien d’autres projets cofinancés au titre de l’axe prioritaire 6. (French)

Projekt, das im Zeitraum von Dezember 2016 bis Ende Juni 2019 in Partnerschaft von NRO und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen und Hilfseinrichtungen durchgeführt wurde: Positive Initiative Foundation (FPI), Centre for Social Integration Foundation (FCIS), Puck St. Hospice Pater Pio (HOP), Foundation Forum Civic Activity (FAO), Verein „Active Puck“ (SAP) und Powiat Pucki (PP) über ihre Organisationseinheit – Bezirksarbeitsamt (PUP). 154 von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Menschen, darunter 15 % der Menschen mit Behinderungen (ON), sowie deren Familien, insbesondere diejenigen, die arbeitslos sind, und Menschen mit Behinderungen aus dem Bezirk Puck werden unterstützt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigung der Mitglieder der Zielgruppe durch soziale und berufliche Integrationsaktivitäten zu erhöhen, die im Rahmen folgender Aufgaben durchgeführt werden: 1. Soziale Integration, 2. Berufliche Integration, 3. Praktika. Die Projektaktivitäten ermöglichen es, den Indikator für Sozial- und Beschäftigungsleistung von 80 % zu erreichen (einschließlich der Beschäftigungseffizienz beträgt 30 % – die Messung gilt nur für Arbeitslose) und der langfristige Ergebnisindikator – 46 Personen aus der Zielgruppe werden innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Ende ihrer Projektbeteiligung arbeiten. Der individuelle Wiedereingliederungspfad und die Unterstützung der Teilnehmer werden nicht mit Unterstützung anderer Projekte, die im Rahmen der Prioritätsachse 6 kofinanziert werden, dupliziert.
